I was having difficulty finding a great easy half day kayak rental place and then I found these guys, absolutely fantastic!! Kate booked me, Bill met me at the office, helped with all the equipment and the process was completely seamless! Go to their site and get personalized servicel! And I mean from start to finish they have a kayak launcher your feet don’t even get wet. It’s the easiest way to get onto the stream that is off the lake.. the stream/river was my favorite. I happen to do a solo trip and I could not have been happier, they have free parking, the price was very affordable, they did not nickel and dime and watch the time for every minute late, check out my photos, I highly recommend this company anytime of the year, you can wear your sweatshirts and jackets. It’s so fun to kayak in the colder seasons too!! Oh yeah, I do recommend wearing water shoes. Not required at all I wore tennis shoes…but if you wear water shoes, you can more easily go over any branches, not even getting fully in the water. You can actually just step on the branch and pull your kayak over so that you can go further down the river past trees that have fallen… But you can go around most of the fallen branches. It was so much fun!!!.

Had a terrific experience renting kayaks from Sabago Trails. Everything was clear and simple, reasonable rates, a generous cancellation policy of 24 hrs before rental, a convenient kayak launcher, excellent suggestions for where to paddle, and all very nice people. Had a wonderful day on the beautiful lake.

This was so much fun for both my kids age 9 and 14 and myself. The folks from Sebago Trails were super helpful with recommendations of where to paddle for our mostly beginner group. Very reasonably priced and my kids were over the moon that they saw a turtle swimming under them!.

Very relaxing and peaceful. Kate was very helpful with a wonderful personality. The river (creek?) Was not too strenuous (my wife is disabled) .

I can’t say enough good! Everyone super nice! They even called to suggest coming hour later due to the weather. The process to reserve and the quick instructions prior to launch and suggestion to go to lake first was beyond helpful. Whole process easy peasy! Water was great for kayaking and beach nice to swim. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!!!

Excellent experience! The guides were incredibly friendly and super helpful in coaching my daughter since it was her first time kayaking. Loved the easy lift in and out of the water! Highly recommend!

Helpful staff and great kayaks - life vests included. Very beginner friendly lake! I recommend the cell phone pouch so you can take some photos!

Rented 2 kayaks and headed upstream from their launch site for a quiet, small, winding reverie. Great equipment, friendly and extremely knowledgable staff. Loved their stable and keep-your-feet-dry kayak launch system! Beautiful morning on the water!!

Weather didn't cooperate for us to go out but they were so wonderful. Gave us the option to rebook or a refund. Very easy to work with!

They made it so easy to kayak on the lake for both a 72 year old and two young kids. The whole process from check in to launching and returning the kayaks was easy and I am excited to go again next spring. The people were friendly and helpful and clearly love what they are doing.
