Polish food is delicious, varied, and a real melting pot of influences. If you’re visiting Krakow, a food tour is a fantastic way to learn about the city’s gastronomic heritage while sampling some of its best dishes.
During the 3.5-hour tour, you’ll sample 13-14 Polish foods at some of the best spots in Krakow. Experience Old Town Market Square as well as wander through the Jewish District Kazimierz. After sampling Polish street food we sit down to enjoy a food platter and then we will try traditional Polish main courses.
Your English-speaking guide will share stories and anecdotes about Krakow’s rich food culture.

Please arrive at the meeting point on time (2:00 PM). The guide will wait a maximum of 5 minutes before leaving with the rest of the group, as the schedule must be followed to ensure the best experience for all guests.
Please be aware that it is not possible to join the group once the tour has started. We keep our groups small to ensure high-quality service and do not want to impact the experience of other guests.
Tours operate in all weather conditions.
This experience has a maximum of 15 travelers.

5.00What a fun afternoon! I had such a great time on this food tour. Julia was wonderful and so knowledgeable and patient with us, answering all our questions about the local cuisine and history. We sampled everything from traditional pierogi to soups and pastries we never would have discovered on our own, and each stop was more delicious than the last. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Krakow, especially if you want to experience authentic Polish food and culture in a relaxed way. We’re still talking about it!

5.00Our group of friends had so much fun with Amelia that it felt more like a night out than a tour. She taught us how to properly toast with wiśniówka and encouraged us to try diffrent pierogi so we could appreciate the flavors. By the time we reached Kuchnia u Doroty for racuchy, we were already planning when we could come back to Krakow and do it all over again.

5.00Definitely don't eat much before this Krakow food tour—you'll be very full at the end! Amelia led the most amazing experience, packed with tastings of bigos and fresh breads. Her stories about local traditions added incredible depth to every bite. We had so much fun!

5.00What a delicious and informative way to explore the Kraków old town and Kazimierz. Our guide Jadzia had a great manner and communication skills before and during this tour. She led the way to all venues managing all communication with the facilities who were expecting us. She added her informed and educated commentary on buildings, history, local trivia as well as then covering the details of all the venues and food and drink itself at each stop. The tour provides amazing value just for the food and drink tasted at the numerous venues which leaves you feeling fuller than one normally does after a large meal. Weaving across and between streets on this level route throughout the city was so instructional in many ways. Clearly being shown venues and delicacies that locals and tourists alike enjoy was a treasure, and would be impossible to enjoy or fully experience in any other way and in such a concise time frame. As a bonus the escorted journey also helped with my orientation around the area with me being able to easily make my way back to my accommodation in the Old Town even without the aid of Google Maps for a change. This was my first food trip experience ever and I now know what I have missed out on in all previous city breaks. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough if you are in Kraków.

5.00My daughter and i joined another couple on this tour guided by Jadzia. The tour was excellent. Jadzia showed us around and introduced us to the delights of Krakow. She answered all of our questions and offered advice on other restaurants and bars along with suggestions for museums and things to see. At all of the food stops, we ate very well, i can honestly say, all four of us were full at the end.

5.00What an amazing tour! Our guide Julia, was so friendly and introduced our group to many incredible foods! She also provided a background for all the foods we tasted, which was extremely interesting. The places we went were more local hangouts, not touristy spots, which I never would have found, if I weren't on this tour. Great tour, incredible guide and so many delicious foods. Following the tour, our guide provided a list of the places we visited and recommendations of other places to visit. This tour is so worth your time and money. Don't miss this tour with Julia!

5.00This is a great way to find out what you like and, maybe, don't like. It's a chance to visit establishments you may otherwise overlook. My guide Martyna was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was solo but joined with 3 couples so it's also a chance to meet people. There was no shortage of food! A fantastic experience.
