Polish food is delicious, varied, and a real melting pot of influences. If you’re visiting Krakow, a food tour is a fantastic way to learn about the city’s gastronomic heritage while sampling some of its best dishes.
During the 3.5-hour tour, you’ll sample 13-14 Polish foods at some of the best spots in Krakow. Experience Old Town Market Square as well as wander through the Jewish District Kazimierz. After sampling Polish street food we sit down to enjoy a food platter and then we will try traditional Polish main courses.
Your English-speaking guide will share stories and anecdotes about Krakow’s rich food culture.

Please arrive at the meeting point on time (2:00 PM). The guide will wait a maximum of 5 minutes before leaving with the rest of the group, as the schedule must be followed to ensure the best experience for all guests.
Please be aware that it is not possible to join the group once the tour has started. We keep our groups small to ensure high-quality service and do not want to impact the experience of other guests.
Tours operate in all weather conditions.
This experience has a maximum of 15 travelers.
After the tour, you will receive from us a guide to the best places to eat in Kraków, along with a special bonus.

5.00This was absolutely wonderful! Our guide, Amelia was superb! She took us to a variety of handpicked local establishments where we got to taste different traditional Polish foods. Her knowledge of the foods and more importantly, history of Poland and Krakow made the tour very personal and special.
Scrumptious food, amazing guide, great wait times, nice people and atmospheres.

5.00We had a delightful experience on this food tour. The food was delectable, never would we have thought that we’d like polish food so much. The places we went to were very cozy and really had an authentic feel to them. The staff at every place were nice and the wait time for the food was never very long, 10-15 min tops, often shorter. Our guide Julia was very friendly and inviting to questions about the food and the country as a whole. You could tell she really loved sharing her country’s food culture as well as culture as a whole. Luckily we had nice weather, so the walk through the city was also very nice, elevated by an amazing guide who told us about the city’s history and current way of life for the people living there’s.

We visited a number of fantastic food stops with a great variety of freshly prepared products. If you want to try traditional fresh dishes and drinks this is the tour for you! 5.00What a fantastic way to experience the food and sights of Krakow. Jadzia was our amazing guide and she explained the food and history of Krakow in an interesting way. Fantastic value for money and you definitely need an appetite. Left feeling stuffed after experiencing delicious we might possibly never tried.

5.00We did the food tour with Jadzia today and we loved every minute of it!! A really enjoyable tour with history of the city and food woven together by our guide to make the trip multi layered. All the food was brilliant - beware though there are some big portions!! I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone. Thank you Jadzia for a great day!

5.00Julia was a fantastic guide. We were really pleased that we managed to taste all of the food during our tour that we had wanted to try whilst in Krakow. There was an excellent mix of different types of food and food outlets such as: street food experiences like the smoked sheep cheese with cranberry and restaurant experiences such as a variety of pierogi and soup in a milk bar. The pace and the order of the foods were well planned and made for an enjoyable experience. We loved trying the beetroot soup and the potato pancakes, they were delicious. We had such a lovely experience and would highly recommend both the tour and Julia as a guide. Julia shared lots of interesting information about the local food, customs and the local area. She was more than happy to answer our questions and made the experience a really fabulous one. Julia also sent us information after the tour about the food we had eaten as well as other recommendations for restaurants and things to do. This was a fabulous thing to do on a first day in the city.

5.00What a fun afternoon! I had such a great time on this food tour. Julia was wonderful and so knowledgeable and patient with us, answering all our questions about the local cuisine and history. We sampled everything from traditional pierogi to soups and pastries we never would have discovered on our own, and each stop was more delicious than the last. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Krakow, especially if you want to experience authentic Polish food and culture in a relaxed way. We’re still talking about it!
