Transfer from Sorrento to Pompei and from Pompei to Sorrento by new and confortable minibus, tickets in Pompei (euro 16,00 per person included), professional guide in English, French, Spanish or Italian inside the ruins, who will show you in a 2 hours walking tour the most fascinating places like the Forum, Thermal Baths, Lupanare burnt by volcanic ashes and lapilli during the eruption in 79 A.D. You have the opportunity to discover the everyday life of the Imperial age and imagine the panic of the people before the city was so disastrously buried. Departure from Pompei at around 13:30 and return around 14:00-14:30 (depending on traffic conditions you can return at 15:00); drop off where we picked you up in the morning. It's a trip not to be missed for any visitor coming into this region of Italy.

5.00Our female guide was amazing, I cannot remember her name! Maybe Grazia ? She was very passionate, knowledgeable and paid good attention to our group. The transfer was perfect as was direct pick up and drop off at the hotel. Gianfranco took us in a smaller vehicle and wished we’d had him for the return but hey ho. Brief but still detailed experience!

5.00Our tour guide was absolutely wonderful- she just knew so much and she was also very funny. We learnt about the way of life at this time, their businesses, housing & trade and how terrified the people must have been when the volcano exploded & the devastation it caused to the city. Amazing walking tour

5.00The tour guide Elisa was excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly with a great sense of humour. The timings were good .. we were collected at the correct time and had a chance to grab a quick drink before our return. We were grateful it was overcast although it was very humid as there is no shelter. The only criticism we have is that the onward mini bus was very cramp with no leg room.

4.00Possibly as expected, the whole place was rammed with people, far too much standing around for my liking. Having said that, the guide herself was very likeable, and very informative.

4.00We got started late due to traffic from Sorrento to Pompeii, people needing to use the restroom before the tour began, and organizing everyone into the group just to get started. I would suggest a smaller group size to make it more manageable and a better experience. The tour guide was great once we got started.
