Little Water Cay

Little Water Cay is an island of approximately 116.2 acres, northeast of the Leeward area of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands. It is a low-lying former island. It is a very important wildlife habitat, particularly for the endangered endemic Turks and Caicos Rock Iguana (Cyclura carinata). Nature lovers can observe several habitats on the cay, including mangrove and buttonwood communities, hyper-saline and tidal flat areas, coastal coppice, and coastal scrub. In addition to our diverse flora visitors can spot a good range of birds typical of coastal habitats such as Osprey, Brown Pelicans, several species of shorebird and Bananaquits.

A must to do in Turks and Caicos, isn't a half day, but the time is ok. The crew was very nice and polite, except for 1 guy, could be the day. They went to snorkel and one island, both beautiful.

A women's retreat was organized using Caicos Island Charter as part of our women's experience....from booking the boat, to the actual boat experience was nothing short of amazing! Caicos Islands Charter owes us NOTHING!! Best women experience ever,,,

Friendly crew and lively patrons - all excited to see the reef. We were well taken care of. Lots of music and food. We would have liked to spend more time at Noah's Ark Island, but enjoyed what we did have. The guides were knowledgeable about the iguanas that inhabit Iguana island. We had engine trouble on the way back, but the crew handled the situation well, kept us safe and had another boat take us in very quickly. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We had so much fun on our boat tour! The crew is so kind and so fun! We had our two younger kiddos on board and they made sure they were included in all the fun and taught them dances and facts about the islands. Would absolutely do it again if we ever go back!

Eight of us fit comfortably with plenty of room on the nice, modern boat. Booking was easy and the company has good communication. Our captain Ace and First Mate Fritz customized the experience to include our varying interests. Snorkeling was fantastic, having a guide brought us to the best spots. Hard to describe walking on the sandbar- you are literally wading ankle deep in beautiful turquoise water a mile from shore- it’s almost spiritual. Lunch was generous and upscale, and a few of us enjoyed the libations as well. Hard to find a criticism but if I had to nit-pick, we spent a little too much time on Iguana Island. Bottom line- highly recommend and would book again if we return.

We had a great time! Snorkeling, sliding, seeing Iguana Island. They were half an hour late, but we stayed an extra half an hour. The food and rum punch was delicious.
You have to take the boat ride to see, experience & appreciate the beauty
