5.00Juan Carlos (JC) was absolutely amazing, so accommodating, kind, and gave us so much historical reference and education on the Mayan culture. We absolutely were without words upon snorkeling and seeing the green turtles and huge stingrays so closely. Our snorkeling guide was excellent and so sweet. The Cenotes were something id only ever I'd ever scene on a David Attenborough show and never thought id have the chance to experience these caves. This was incredible. We also enjoyed the "Mayan massage" on the way to the Cenotes. We highly reccomend booking with JC and doing this tour. This was an incredible experience for my family. Thank you!!!

5.00Booking thru WhatsApp was super simple (Google paradise tours website). Our guide Juan Carlos was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. We saw many schools of fish and approx 5 sea turtles during the snorkeling portion. The cave cenote was incredible (but chilly), clear water.

5.00We went to my daughter‘s 37th birthday. And we knew we would have fun, but it was my daughter‘s first term actually learning to snorkel and swim! JC was an awesome guide for the tour. For us half a day was perfect because it allowed us to do other things as well. We are definitely coming back to Tulum and we are definitely booking more excursions through Adventour! A+

5.00We had a wonderful experience! Victor was very easy to communicate with. There was a miscommunication about our original booking date and Victor was quick to apologise and make it right for us. Our guide J.C. was fabulous, friendly, helpful and informative.

5.00My friends and I had a great time!! JC came early to pick us up from our hotel and was super friendly and funny. We felt safe and we were happy he was our tour guide. It was a great snorkeling experience. We saw sting rays, so many turtles, starfish, and more!! The cave was so beautiful and it was so cool being able to actually swim around it. Our lunch was yummy and we just felt like it was the perfect amount of time for a tour. I highly recommend!

5.00The tour guides were incredible and spoke in whichever languages our party needed. We saw many turtles and experienced the gorgeous reef. If you lag behind a tour guide will stay with you to ensure your safety and enjoyment. I would absolutely live in that cenote if I could! The food was great as well. JC and Eliza really made sure we got to spend the right amount of time at each stop.
