To end this experience we will enter the jungle to swim in the refreshing waters of a cenote, our visitors and friends will always be accompanied by our professional guides who will provide all the information to maximize this experience.

5.00This was a great excursion for our group of 8. We saw sea turtles, stingray and lots of colorful fish while snorkeling, and really enjoyed the cenote! Many thanks to our guide JC for an excellent tour, and also for returning my sunglasses the following day that I had left in the van! We will definitely use this tour group again.

5.00This tour completely exceeded my expectations — I loved it! We had the best day with Victor and JC. I’ve honestly never been on such a well-organized experience, and from the start it was clear they genuinely care about making each tour feel personal and one-of-a-kind. They’re both so fun to be around - great energy, warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Everything was seamless. We started with a boat ride that got us away from the crowds to snorkel with colorful fish, coral reefs, and incredible sea turtles. After that, we visited the most amazing cenote. I’ve traveled a lot, but this underground freshwater cave was unlike anything I’ve ever seen - dramatic, castle-like rock formations that felt almost otherworldly. Victor’s passion and knowledge about cenotes and Mayan culture made it even more special. He guided us to hidden corners, dove for minerals we used on our faces, and showed us a spot where the light streamed through in the most surreal way. I walked out feeling totally renewed. :) We wrapped up with a delicious lunch - the whole experience was incredible from start to finish! I can’t recommend Paradise Adventours enough. They’re deeply connected to the Riviera Maya and it’s obvious they go above and beyond to make every tour unique and memorable. I will definitely be back to try another adventure with them. Thanks so much again Victor and JC!

5.00This was a phenomenal experience!! The guide gave very personalized service , and made us feel welcome and safe! We saw several turtles and other sea life during the snorkel and the Cenotes cave was majestic!! I highly recommend this tour to anyone who visits Akumal and Tulum!!!

5.00We had a great day snorkeling and visiting a cenote with Victor and JC! Booking the private tour was so worth it so we could go at our own pace and ask questions. We had a beautiful day snorkeling in Akumal, saw 8-9 sea turtles, 2 rays, and beautiful colorful fish! It was awesome! We then visited the Yum.Ha cenote - completely underground swimming with stalagmites and stalactites. It was peaceful and serene! We had our 12 and 14 year olds with us and they had an amazing time seeing all the sea life and the cave! Great day!!

5.00We originally booked the half day luxury sailing but was cancelled due to strong winds. They were able to reschedule it the next day but they didn’t realize the dock was closed. However, they were able to offer a private session of snorkeling with the turtles and swimming in a cenote which was an amazing experience. They really made it worth it knowing we didn’t have it booked originally. Danny and JC were excellent tour guides and were awesome! :)

5.00Our tour was amazing! Animal bay was beautiful and we saw many seat turtles and sting rays. Our tour guide, JC, was lovely and very easygoing. The transportation was seamless. Would definitely recommend!
