5.00100% recommend! Our tour guide and driver, Bubble, is super professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Our private family tour consisted of folks fluent in English and Mandarin, and Bubble, without a doubt, was able to converse effectively and accurately in both languages! Don’t wait to book because he’s really good!

5.00Good Tour and a very good Guide (Vincent). Communication in advance was great, we even got a car seat for our daughter. Vincent also provided us with excellent recommendations on where to sample local food.

5.00Nicholas provided us with an incredibly enjoyable day, filled with a variety of sights and experiences. It is well planned, exciting , with time to really enjoy the activities without feeling rushed. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour experience. Nicholas was very thoughtful, and provided lots of thoughtful information about what we were seeing.He shared his love of taiwanese food and tea with us, which enriched the experience.

5.00My partner and I had a truly amazing experience on our half day tour with our guide Nicholas! He organized the day very thoughtfully to ensure we avoided crowds as much as possible. He also had seemingly endless knowledge about Taiwan’s history and the history of the various locations where we stopped. But this is all very much burying the lead! I decided to propose on this tour and needed Nicholas’s help with a few items. I texted him a couple days in advance and he was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help ensure my partner and I had our special moment! Truly can’t thank him enough! He was such a warm, funny and friendly guide to us all day! Would 1000% recommend this tour to anyone!

5.00We booked this tour through Viator as a girls trip for three of us and honestly didn’t know what to expect. A few days before our tour, our guide Jackson reached out via WhatsApp to confirm our reservation, which immediately made us feel at ease. From the start, Jackson was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. As three women traveling together, feeling safe was important to us, and he truly looked out for us the entire time. We felt comfortable, secure, and well taken care of throughout the tour. Jackson went above and beyond helping us carry souvenirs, taking great photos of us, and offering thoughtful recommendations along the way. He made the experience not only informative but genuinely fun and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend Jackson to anyone, especially other women traveling together. This was one of the highlights of our trip.

5.00Jacky was an excellent tour guide. We had a nice amount of time at each stop. The Market was amazing and we had a great lunch there. The lantern experience was very fun.
