We booked a tour to Nairobi National park with my family. Pickup was on time. The driver guide was friendly and knowledgeable in terms of driving and field work. I liked their professionalism, time management and delivering good services. Once I come back again I'll make a reservation with them again. MercyTrek Tours & Safaris.
