5.00The half day swim with turtles and visit to cenote was truly amazing. We saw six turtles as well as other fish and a sting ray. The guide Roberto was very informative . The trip was more than we hoped for and the cenote was amazing. We swam in it and saw bats as well as the stalactites and stalagmites which were so impressive. The snacks were good. The photographer was lovely and the photo pack was great quality. My twins are 12 and they thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

1.00I don’t expect every detail of a tour to be outlined in advance, but this experience was poorly managed from start to finish. What was advertised as a 4-hour trip turned into an exhausting 8+ hour ordeal. Our pickup time was changed last minute, leaving no time for breakfast. We then spent nearly 2 hours in the van picking up other guests — no bathroom stops, no food, no communication. Once we finally arrived at the beach, we were told we couldn't use sunscreen, even though the tour description encouraged us to bring it. Conveniently, the company had swim shirts for sale — a detail that felt more like a setup than a solution. We were also required to pay a $20 "conservation fee" in cash, which we handed to the tour guide. There was no receipt or verification, and it felt questionable whether the money actually went where it was supposed to. After a brief but enjoyable time seeing the turtles (the one highlight of the trip), we spent even more time in the car and waiting around with little direction. By the end of the day, we were tired, hungry, and frustrated. The turtles were incredible — no doubt — but overall, the experience felt like a poorly executed money grab. I would not recommend this company.

4.00Mimi was the best guide ever. Very patient and thoughtful. She made the whole experience amazing. The only down fall was there were so many other groups in the water at the same time
