The Old Palace, the Royal Palace of the Obrenović dynasty of Serbia, presently housing the City Assembly of Belgrade, is situated at the corner of Kralja Milana and Dragoslava Jovanovića streets. It was built between 1882 and 1884, according to the design of Aleksandar Bugarski. By its external architecture the building is one of the most beautiful achievements of academism in Serbia of the XIX century.

5.00A wonderful walking tour today, and warm sunny weather was the bonus for late November. Belgrade is a very nice city, and Aleksander was an excellent guide and commentator, we learned so much history and interesting facts. A great several hours well worth the time!

5.00Aleksander was an amazing guide, with real knowledge spanning all of Belgrade’s past. It was a great snapshot into Belgrade’s history. He handled sensitive questions with ease and was a pleasure to spend half a day with. He also offered solid advice on other things to do in the city, spanning from restaurants to nightlife.

5.00My guide Milica was brilliant and full of knowledge. She was bubbly, professional and friendly and looked after all of us on the tour.
