  The guide was very kind, fun and spoke slowly so we could understand the language. We were treated very well. The Van driver was also very polite and kind. Then we had a hot coffee. I loved the experience. Thank you very much.

  This is a lovely scenic rafting experience. As I was staying at a hotel in town I was told to meet at the office for 14.15. The office is very close to the centre of town so this wasn't a big issue. It then took us about 50 minutes in a minibus to get to the rafting centre. We were given wetsuits, shoes, life jackets and helmets and changing rooms were available. You could get an extra wet jacket but it wasn't that cold so I didn't opt for it. After a quick change we jumped on a minibus that took us a further 10 minutes away to the starting point. The rafting session lasted around 40 minutes as you work your way down the river. There's a reasonable amount of rapids with a few relaxing sections. The rapids are stated as level 3 although they didn't feel very extreme to me. This of course depends on nature and the time of year you go etc but it was still fun. We had some older people in the session who enjoyed it too. You do get some lovely views of the osorno volcano as you go down the river. After reaching the end you had changing rooms to swap into your dry clothes and there was a little buffet provided with various juices, hot drinks and biscuits. The photographer sells photos by the raft to the group. This costs 30,000 CLP per boat so if all 6 of you from your boat want photos you pay 5000 CLP each. It includes a photo of the group at the start and photos taken from 2 points during the journey. He sends you them via email and a Dropbox link within a few hours. We returned to town just before 7pm

  The tour is very well organized, a van picked us up at the hotel. The staff provides all the necessary equipment, in addition to being attentive to safety. The view of the ropes is impressive. The river rafting takes about 40 minutes, including a few minutes to jump in the river. Take money in kind, after the end of the tour they sell access to the photos for 30 thousand Chilean pesos per boat (the amount can be divided between people).

  Top experience. Very funny. River of level 3, even with my limited rafting experience it was very safe. The team, Fabian, Claudio and Oskar did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

  I did this excursion from a Holland America cruise. It’s been the best excursion of the 31 day cruise (so far). Our guide Steffi was great. The rapids were safe enough for beginners but still thrilling. I do wish the actual time on the river were longer. I was surprised when they said it was over (I think about an hour long)

  We had a fantastic afternoon. A wonderful way to properly see and experience the river and landscape. Collected from our hotel, a good safety briefing and lots of white water. All equipment was provided, even straps to keep our glasses on. They worked, as we got drenched, but our glasses stayed in place!! We’re beginners but felt very safe as there are 2 support boats. Very kind, friendly, professional staff. Thank you so much. Fully recommend.

  We booked this last minute as another company unexpectedly cancelled our rafting excursion. The team at Alsur Expediciones was exceptional, and we had the privilege of spending the day with Gerardo, Claudio, and Favian. All were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They did a wonderful job of ensuring a safe and memorable time on the river. We highly recommend booking with this company. The rafting was exciting and the views of nature were breathtaking, but what made it truly special was how well we were treated by the staff.
