Come and join us to row in one of the most beautiful rivers in Chile: Petrohué River. You will descent a type III river and will be able to admie the beauty of Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. Experts guides will take you for an hour and a half of descent, admiring Calbuco, Osorno and Puntiagudo volcanos.

5.00We had a fantastic afternoon. A wonderful way to properly see and experience the river and landscape. Collected from our hotel, a good safety briefing and lots of white water. All equipment was provided, even straps to keep our glasses on. They worked, as we got drenched, but our glasses stayed in place!! We’re beginners but felt very safe as there are 2 support boats. Very kind, friendly, professional staff. Thank you so much. Fully recommend.

5.00We booked this last minute as another company unexpectedly cancelled our rafting excursion. The team at Alsur Expediciones was exceptional, and we had the privilege of spending the day with Gerardo, Claudio, and Favian. All were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They did a wonderful job of ensuring a safe and memorable time on the river. We highly recommend booking with this company. 5.00Awesome! So much fun! I’m in pretty good shape and found it to be challenging, but not overly hard. I do feel the guides pace the trip down the river based on their riders. The other raft in our group had older couples ( 50s maybe 60s) and they didn’t appear to struggle or over exert themselves. There is a kayaker that leads and takes some really awesome photos. I was a little disappointed at the end when I found out we had to pay for the photos is we wanted to keep them, it was only approx. $10-$15 USD per couple depending on the number of occupants in your raft. I just felt that it should have been clearly stated before we set out. They have bathrooms and changing areas before and after the trip. They provide wet suits, helmets, and neoprene booties. I do recommend wearing waterproof sandals for after you change rather than having to squeeze damp feet into tennis shoes. Wear a bathing suit with clothes over it and bring undergarments to change after. I brought a wet bag for our suits and was so happy I did. Highly recommend!

5.00Absolutely incredible 1/2 day rafting trip! Big water, exhilarating rapids, spectacular scenery. Our guides, Claudio (captain) and Fran (first mate/guide-in-training) were super fun, friendly, and knowledgeable. Alsur is an excellent company, they really take care of their clients and pay attention to all the details to ensure a wonderful experience. This excursion was reasonably priced and worth every penny.
A must do when in Puerto varas or Puerto Montt
