Discover the third largest geothermal field in the world and the largest in the southern hemisphere in the Atacama Desert. At 13,780 feet (4,200 meters) above sea level, the Tatio Geysers are a natural wonder that will take your breath away, in more ways than one.
Depart early in the morning, before sunrise, after pickup from your hotel. Arrive early at the geysers for a chance to observe the contrast between sunrise and steam from the heat of the magma-affected waters.
After sunrise, savor a full breakfast of bread, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, coffee, chocolate, milk, and jam. After you've eaten, spend more time exploring the 80 geysers around the national park.
From there, ride through the Putana Valley. See endemic flora and fauna, and stop at a lagoon to see flamingos before heading back to your hotel.

After a 1 hour drive from San Pedro de Atacama we arrive at the third largest geothermal field in the world and the largest in the southern hemisphere in the Atacama desert. At 13,780 feet (4,200 meters) above sea level, the Tatio Geysers are a natural wonder that will take your breath away, in more ways than one. Later, we enjoy a delicious breakfast before visiting the next point.

5.00Francisco and his support team did a great job! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Take their word for it, it is COLD at the geysers (-9 Celsius) in the morning so silk and underwear jackets beanies and gloves are not overdoing it. The geysers were unique and the breakfast they served was top notch. The stops on the way down were very scenic as well ! It is worth the early morning!

5.00Luis knew a lot not only about the geysers but the history of the Italian company and the land here. I enjoyed the Andean music during our trip and also breakfast. All the people are very friendly and ready to solve any questions or problems.

5.00This is a really special tour. Pukarami excelled. Just great. The only downside is there are a lot of white vans also heading to the geyser. Driver was super negotiating bad roads. The views are great. It's a must for a morning. Of course an early start, but a great tour. Super tour guide. Really enthusiastic. Really great and highly recommend pukarami again. Thank you.
The excursion is worth it but not with this agency:)

2.00First of all, pay attention and do not rely on Get Your Guide reviews because it is never the same local agency that supports resa made here! Whatever the age, it’s a great excursion! Fortunately the landscape is enough for itself because the explanations and the framing leave to be desired.. Nevertheless, good breakfast well complete with a beautiful view! But the bad time of accompanying people especially on the meeting times given at the various stops come to ruin part of this day! We play on the fact that we are not native Spanish to make us believe that we had understood nothing 😅 The transport went well overall despite the desires of off-piste stunts of our driver!

5.00Great way to see the geysers and other parts of the desert. Well communicated pick up. Great experience going off road and heading to 4,300m! Walked around the geysers and good information given by our guide, Franco. Great breakfast with a view and then an opportunity to see volcanoes and flamingos on the drive back!
