We start our walk through the history of Hamburg at Hammaburg Platz,

the birthplace and nursery of Hamburg and learn how Hamburg got its name.

Then we continue our tour of Hamburg's Kontorhausviertel,

the former center of Hamburg merchants, and his brick-accounting.

Very interesting information and insights into Hamburg (trade) history and architecture. Marius opened doors and gave us insights that many Hamburgers are alien to.

The tour with Marius through Hamburg was a real highlight of our overall wonderful stay in the city. His Hamburg humor coupled with well-assembled background knowledge made the 2 hours pass far too quickly. When we come back, one of his other themed tours will certainly be a part of the program. Even for the further stay he gave us plenty of good tips. An absolute recommendation from us.

The meeting point is easy to reach and the weather has also played along. Our tour guide Marius is very pleasant and has brought Hamburg much closer to you. He explained many interesting things and also very understandable. He answered all the questions and answered the question in the group. To illustrate many things, he has shown around a tablet with pictures.
