Join us in a full day's tour to Hamlet's Castle, where we travel up the coast road, Strandvejen and arrive in the charming old town of Helsingør, known as Elsinor in English.
After our visit to Elsinor, we sail across the Øresund to Sweden and travel along the Swedish country roads to the ancient City of Lund, where you can visit Lund Cathedral, which was completed in the year 1145. Behind the cathedral you can explore the tiny streets, with houses dating back to the 1700s. It's like stepping back into history!
Afterwards we travel to Malmö, Sweden's third largest city, where you will have a chance to do some shopping and take advantage of Sweden's lower purchase taxes, which means there are some very nice prices!
Finally we return to Copenhagen across the impressive Øresund Bridge.

1.00I made advanced booking and I paid $31.00 more than the cost of the trip as per the operator’s website. I paid $283.00 fir two persons and the cost of the trip on the day we took the trip was $252.00 I wrote asking for the refund but they didn’t refund my money. This is a rip off! I suggest not to book in advance. I will never use Viatour or Trip Advisor to make any future trip reservations.

5.00We did the Hamlet & Sweden – Two Countries in One Day tour with Viator, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. A massive shoutout to our guide and driver, Allen—an absolute legend. His level of service went far beyond anything we expected. When another traveler left her phone at the Grand Hotel, Allen didn’t hesitate—he simply said, “Yep, I’ll go back and get it,” and made it happen. Then, after we were dropped off at our hotel, we realized we had left a bag with souvenirs and a drink on the bus. Not long after, Allen personally called us and said he’d bring it back on his way home. That kind of care and dedication is incredibly rare. Allen truly went above and beyond, and it made an already perfect tour even more memorable. He is a huge asset to “Enjoy the Tours,” and we feel very lucky to have had him as our guide. We 100% recommend this tour—don’t miss it!

5.00Such a great tour, made all the better by Mufasa our driver, he was so knowledgable, interesting and full of local, regional, historical, cultural, and economic insight which enhanced the tour. What a star he is!!! Add in Hamlet’s castle, the ferry to Sweden, Lund and its wonderful cathedral, malmo and the journey back to Copenhagen over the Oresund bridge, amazing how much was packed into 10 hours. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

4.00There was lots to love. The castle at Helsingør was interesting, Malmo looked fascinating and it was great to see "The" Bridge. The tour guide was interesting and helpful. It was well organised and the coach was warm and comfortable (very welcome as it was a bitterly cold day!). We did feel that maybe dropping the Lund stop would be beneficial as it would have been good to explore Helsingør old town as well as just the castle (we didn't have time for both) and spend a little longer in Malmo.

4.00Great day out seeing Helsingør Lund Malmo and the extremely impressive bridge. Andy was a very informative guide. Only negative is that we got to Malmö when good light for photographs was gone.

5.00Excellent organisation, communication and itinerary. Crispin and the driver were welcoming and knowledgeable. Rather than just going to Malmo by train or bus from Copenhagen it is worth the time and money venturing a little further afield which this trip does. A beautiful drive along the coast road to Helsingor. We had fantastic weather the whole day, the ferry to Sweden and ride over the bridge back were excellent. Rest stops for food and drinks for food were perfectly timed. Photo stops aplenty in Helsingor, Lund, Malmo and the Øresund Bridge. We would definitely recommend!

5.00Very entertaining trip, both driver and guide very friendly. The bus had audio guide in 4 languages so it is easy to understand the directions. Apart from the audio guide, the guide added more data in English. It is worth it as during the journey the audio guide explains the different monuments, castles, buildings .. what you are seeing part of the history behind them and the why of their construction.
