  So glad we went early in the day! Jacob the Photographer and Ricky the self-depricating Historian were charming, welcoming, and friendly. There wasn't too much history, but still enough to feel educational. We are super excited to see the pictures! The poses were creative, and Jacob knew just the right way to get the good shots. The duo made our experience very enjoyable. Thank you! Shout out to the editing team because he took A LOT of pictures for them to process. We appreciate you!

  We had a great time on the tour today. They were very efficient in getting everyone dressed and ensured a very good experience. Even with a group of 12, there was minimal downtime and waiting. It was fun learning about the palace while taking pictures. Everyone was flexible with my kids who became cranky towards the end.

  Andrew and Jacob a very tight team. Jacob a photographer par excellence. The most professional photographer we have had the opportunity to have met. Funny and patient. Andrew is our guide, equally professional and well versed with the Korean history. Together they made the photo shoot and palace tour an enjoyable and memorable experience. Great to have met you.   We had some confusion finding the meeting place because your instructions said outside exit 3 and the actual meeting place was showing to be outside exit 4. This however, was a very minor issue and we figured it out easily. Meeting James and Jacob was great and they proved to be the best guides. Their knowlege of Korean culture and history was wonderful and because I myself love and study the Joeson period of Korean history, their knowledge and explainations filled in many facts and information that were not available from normal research and studies. Their attitdes and delivery were "top notch". When we were told about Jacob's family lineage, I really felt I was meeting and walking with a true descendant and Crown Prince. I wanted to know both James and Jacob's true Korean names but did not have the opportunity to learn them as we were so busy with the heart of the tour. Honbok rental was very well organized and the selection of colors and styles seemed endless. Both Myong and I were very pleased and excited to see how our selections made us look and feel. We actually felt that we had stepped back 500 years. All the photo's were professionally staged and taken and we were allowed to review them all. We also were taught some traditional poses to use during the shoot which added a special flavor to the experience. Over all, your tour topped off our 10 days in Korea and left us with rich and rewarding memories. Tonight, we return to the USA enriched by the experience James and Jacob provided.   Jacob and James were phenomenal guides and photographers. We had a blast and are looking forward to receiving our photos. I was very glad to have a guide to explain the different buildings in the palace, and it was fun to connect with the culture by wearing a hanbok while touring the palace.

  The tour was truly enjoyable. It ended up being just the two of us — Jen from Canada, whom I met during the tour, and myself. We also had the chance to wear traditional royal hanbok attire and take beautiful photos inside Gyeongbokgung Palace. James, the photographer, captured amazing shots, and Andrew shared a wonderful and informative history of the palace. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seoul.

  We had a wonderful tour and photoshoot with James and Julie! It was raining so our group was smaller due to cancellations, but I think I preferred it that way! It felt like close friends just walking around and having fun. Julie was very knowledgeable and engaging, and James made us smile and laugh and feel comfortable while taking photos. The communication was great, as were their attention to detail. I had a great time!
