First We will pick up you at the hotel, then going to the local market buy the ingredients, explain all different kinds of fruit, how to select good products , tell you the name of the green vegetables and after market trip we will going to the vegetable farm experience the vegetables garden , how to fertilizer bucket the water for them, then get to cook your own food yourself , enjoy eating them after all you will have recipe book to take home and relax foot massage before we drop off back to your hotel.

Ms Hanh's cooking class was recommended to us by our Intrepid tour guide and it was well worth the money. I did the class with my 3 teenage daughters and my chef husband and we all got so much out of it. The market visit was fun and informative and the cooking class was hands on but easy and all the dishes were delicious. Ms Hanh is super sweet and funny. We did this on our last day in Vietnam and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Highly recommended!!

A fantastic experience, family friendly and very funny because she has a great sense of humor. Different from the activities they advertise in tourist brochures. I highly recommend it. There were two of us and they picked us up and took us to the hotel.

Loving to cook the one thing I really wanted to do in Vietnam was a cooking class. Hanh's cooking class was fabulous we learnt to make a variety of delicious dishes taking away with us recipe sheets, great tips and a full belly. Han makes the class very personal to your wishes, she is bright bubbly and fun so a Happy Cooking Class is exactly what you experience. I'm excited to cook the delicious dishes for my family and friends. Highly recommended all food lovers to experience a class with Han you will leave smiling.

We had the pleasure of taking a cooking class with Hanh. We got to choose from a variety of dishes when booking and went to buy the produce at the local market. She picked us up (by motorbike) at our hotel and took us to the local market where she showed us different veggies and fruit and how to pick them and tell when they are ripe. Her recipes are simple easy to understand (and follow along) snd soooo delicious! She is fun and dynamic and made the whole experience so fun! We are so glad we found her

Such a fun and memorable experience. Hanh and her husband were fabulous… we were picked up on motorbikes, which was a pleasant surprise, toured the day market to select and learn about ingredients for our food for the day, and arrived at their beautiful home. Cooking with Hanh was an absolute joy. The food was fabulous but more than that, the experience was more than we could have asked for.

Can’t say enough about the fabulous cooking class with Chef Hahn. The hands on class with great instruction by Hahn to the market experience was truly one of the best experiences of our travels in Vietnam. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend taking this class if you are lucky enough to be in HoiAn. We purchased her book and so glad we did. We are home now creating her recipes and very grateful for this incredible experience.

this package was a wonderful experience: the market tour was very interesting not just for the myriad of fresh ingredients for the class but also for shopping for excellent products to take home as presents; the boat ride was great fun too, never mind that there were no crabs to be caught :) the best part of this package was the cooking class with hahn whose exceptional command of english rendered the lessons easier to follow. the dishes of the 5-course meal she taught us were absolutely delicious and certainly doable at home. most appreciated too was hahn’s generosity with her time as she purchased tools and ingredients for us from the local market, and even dropped them off at our hotel. thank you very much hahn, you and your class left us very very happy indeed! if I find myself back in hoi an, I would take more classes with hahn—super highly recommended!

This was such an informative cooking class. We were taken to the market to select ingredient we were going to use, even learning about new foods and top tips to consider. The making of the foods was broken down into simple steps and Hanh was so much fun and helpful the whole way through!! We bought her cookbook as the food was so tasty and I can’t wait to make more.

If you’re in Hoi An, definitely check out Hanh’s cooking class — highly recommend it! She shared tons of great tips, not just on cooking but also on picking the best ingredients. The food was super tasty, and honestly, the pho was the best I’ve ever had — packed with flavor. Totally worth it and a great experience for anyone into food or cooking.
