5.00Such a great experience. Vincent & partner were great hosts. Learned a lot. Variety of cocktails. Love that they also use local and small business products. Also the next day I verified my bartender gave me proper portions after l learning to count in class. IYKYK; if not take the class. 😀

5.00We had such a great time! Vincent was fun, knowledgeable and fun! Did I say fun…so fun. We all made 3 great cocktails that tasted amazing! And as an added treat, they provided a delicious charcuterie board for everyone to nosh on. Plenty of food for everyone! Plenty of drink. Such fun!

5.00I took this class not really expecting much and got so much! The teacher knows his stuff(studied in France) and teaches you with fevor, patience snd humor. When you make these cocktails youll wonder if you've ever had a cocktail before. Go! Well worth it!!!

5.00We had such a great time at the cocktail class! 🍸 We learned how to make some of our favorite drinks — margaritas, mojitos, and espresso martinis — and every one of them was delicious. The class was fun, hands-on, and Vincente made it easy to follow along. Highly recommend this experience for a night out with friends or team event! We will be back! Cheers!

5.00One of those magical nights you stumble into and end up talking about all week. My friend and I ducked into 215 Speakeasy on a random Wednesday for “just one” after-work drink and didn’t leave until closing. 😄 That’s entirely thanks to Vincent, the kind of bartender-host you secretly hope for in a speakeasy: welcoming, wildly knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to chat with. He mixed us a round of inventive cocktails and then started swapping favorite brunch and dinner spots around West Palm. He even called to snag us a birthday reservation at Buccan later in the week, a total lifesaver. The story didn’t end there: Vincent and his wife Bianca run cocktail classes, so we signed up for the weekend session. Three full-size drinks, a custom charcuterie board (he checked our dietary quirks beforehand), fresh-picked mint from his home garden, dancing, laughs. The works. I left with new friends, new skills, and a vow to book one of Vincent’s food tours next trip. If you’re after a night that feels equal parts hidden gem and house party, make 215 Speakeasy your first stop.

5.00Once upon a time in West Palm Beach lived a wizard named Vincent. Well know in the area for entertaining nighlife fellows. His secrets for making Floridians and visitors happy were well-kept in a age-old grimoire. One night after many behind pots and cauldrons... He finally decided that his knowledge had to be shared and taught to the world for keeping it in harmony and bliss. Mixologist students started to hurry at the door. Assisted by Bianca. The wizard can now receive in a serene and well organized environment those who seek the secrets of his potions and elixirs. Everyone who has tried it has come away changed forever. You can come with your apprehension but magic will make it disappear very quickly to make room for joy, good humor and smiles. That being said. Even if the recipes are apparently easy to reproduce. Keep attentive eye and ear to the wizard's advices. Focus ! We do not joke about ancestral knowledge. Because you will nevertheless be tested at the end of your teaching. So that the master can be sure that his class will not be vain and will be perpetrated. Bring your friends, your family and besties. And the world will remain in a tasty and everlasting happiness.
