  Sandi our tour guide was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble. She answered all our questions in a politeness manner. The only disappointment on Viators part, we Should have visited Ho Chi Mann's resting place and the prison. We couldn't see the crypt because it was it was closed. It would be good for Viator to put write this in there booking form when booking. It was disappointing we ran out of time to view the prison. Train Street was fabulous. Thank you Sandi for a great experience.

  Our tour guide and driver were both great and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the places we visited. We have no issue with our guide whatsoever but we did feel, because our tour didn't start until 1:30, that we were a bit rushed to see the sites before closing time. I think the two are company should not allow tours after 12:00, so there is plenty of time to see all of the sites before closing time. If you book this tour, be sure to book no later than 12:00 so you won't feel rushed.

  I had a fantastic experience with Sandy as my guide in Hanoi! She was punctual, meeting me at the hotel right on time, and started the tour with a quick but clear summary of our itinerary, even giving me the option to adjust it to my preferences. Sandy has a warm and welcoming smile, and her passion for her city truly shines through. She took the time to explain everything in detail, making each stop along the way even more interesting. One of the highlights was the coffee spot she suggested on Train Street—it was absolutely exceptional! I also want to mention the driver, who was friendly and always on time, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience throughout the tour.   Our Tour Guide Sandy was really friendly and efficient , arriving early to meet us and messaging beforehand. She asked us where we were interested in visiting and tailored the trip accordingly. We felt relaxed and safe as she organised drop offs and pick ups with the driver. We visited The Mausoleum. Maison Centrale Prison, Festival Street, The indoor market, Train Street ( with a coffee break) and The West Lake Pagoda. Everywhere we went Sandy was able to explain the history and cultural significance -her english was excellent and she pointed out things of interest as we went. We had a really interesting and enjoyable trip.

  Great day exploring Hanoi with Jenny. She was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Picked us up at our Airbnb and we spent a wonderful half day together.
