As you wander through the stalls, you’ll learn how to bargain like a local and discover the essential ingredients that form the backbone of Vietnamese cuisine.

After the market visit, you’ll head to the cooking class, where your guide will first demonstrate how to prepare a selection of traditional dishes. Then, it’s your turn to step into the kitchen and put these skills into practice.
