5.00We had a wonderful day in Hanoi thanks to our fantastic guide, Tommy. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the city come alive with interesting stories and local insights. He managed to fit in all the highlights while still keeping the pace relaxed and enjoyable. His English was excellent, and he was always happy to answer our questions or adjust the plan to suit our interests. The driver was also excellent — patient, safe, and always ready right when we needed him. Navigating Hanoi’s busy streets isn’t easy, but he did it smoothly and with a smile! Overall, it was a truly memorable experience — professional, comfortable, and full of charm. Highly recommended!

5.00It's a long drive from Halong Bay to Hanoi, but Bach our tour guide, gave us some insights on the way to Hanoi. Since we controlled where we going to visit we skipped going to the Ho Chi Minh masoleum and went to Hanoi Hilton. We were going to visit Train Street but we changed the time so that we could see a train go by. You definitely need to go when a train goes by. Sit and have a train beer while there. Lunch included was fabulous and delicious. We did the lunch and the rickshaw ride which was exciting weaving in and out of traffic. The Temple of Literature was very informative and interesting also. Our van we rode in was very comfortable and Bach kept in contact with the driver so we never had to walk too far to catch our ride. Bach was a great tour guide and had lots of information and insights to the sites and Vietnam. Highly recommend Bach as your tour guide. At the end of the tour we even got coffee mugs as a gift!

5.00We were greeted at the cruise port and driven to Hanoi by “Duhn” to meet our guide “Louis”. We then toured the Hanoi French Quarter and then the Hanoi Hilton prison. Then we went to Cafe Dinh for egg coffee! It was delicious. We then went onto Train Street to see the train come through. Lunch was excellent at Hanoi Food Culture restaurant. Onto the Temple of Literature and then Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum. We saw Hoan Kiem Lake and had the best cyclo ride through Hanoi old quarter. Best excursion and worth every penny paid.

5.00We had a wonderful day in Hanoi. The pace was well-balanced, with plenty to see and do without ever feeling rushed. Tommy was exceptionally accommodating and happily adjusted the itinerary to suit our preferences. It was a fantastic introduction to Vietnam’s rich culture, warm people, fascinating traditions, and delicious food. Overall, this tour offered an easy and affordable way to experience Hanoi from Halong Bay.

5.00We arrived into Halong Bay on a Viking cruise and were met by our friendly driver at the terminal. We rode in a nice clean car to Hanoi where we met our guide Leo. Leo was personable and spoke good English. We saw all the sights listed in the tour description enjoying the rickshaw ride, fantastic lunch and Vietnamese egg coffee. It was a long but extremely enjoyable day and would recommend to anyone wanting to see Hanoi in a day.

5.00My husband and I arrived in Ha Long bay on a Viking cruise. We had pre booked Hanoi in a day through Viator. The day was great from the start. Our driver was waiting for us at the pre assigned location with our name on a sign. The car was new and clean. We drove easily to Hanoi where we met Leo our guide. Leo was friendly and spoke good English so the day went smoothly. We saw everything on our list, enjoyed the rickshaw ride through the busy streets of Hanoi, had an exceptional lunch and experienced train street with a Vietnamese coffee. Truly an exceptional day and experience! Would recommend to anyone wanting to get the total experience and feel of Hanoi. Can’t say enough about Leo and our driver. Great tour.

5.00Tony was excellent guide, experiencing top sites in Hanoi from cruise port. Much better than tours offered by the ship. Train Street and peddle cab ride were terrific. Included lunch had nice variety of local dishes.

5.00Tony was very knowledgeable and provided a great introduction to Hanoi. He was able to adjust our schedule to include the full Train Street experience. We almost passed on tuk tuk tour, but experiencing the cooperative chaos of Hanoi streets close up was a highlight. Thank you Tony.
