5.00GREAT DAY TRIP TO HARBIN ICE AND SNOW FESTIVAL. WE MEET WITH OUR GUIDE ( SERA ) AND PRIVATE DRIVER FROM HARBIN PRIVATE TOUR GUIDE IN THE LOBBY OF HOTEL MARRIOTT AT THE AGREED TIME. WE FIRST SAW THE SNOW PARK, ALL SCULPTURES IN SNOW, REALLY WELL MADE. WE GOT SOME BEAUTIFUL PICTURES, WHAT WE DIDN'T KNOW WAS THAT THIS WAS THE COLDEST DAY THIS YEAR. HAD PROBLEMS TAKING PICTURES. HERE OUR GUIDE SERA TOOK OVER. TOOK LOTS OF PICTURES ON MY CAMERA BUT ALSO WITH HER CAMERA. ATE LUNCH AND WAS WARMED UP BEFORE WE DROVE ON TO THE HARBIN ICE FESTIVAL. A GREAT EXPERIENCE. AMAZING ICE SCULPTURES. WE SAW SOME ARTISTS MAKE THEM. SERA WAS VERY ATTENTIVE IF WE FORGOT SOMETHING OR NEEDED TO COME IN AND WARM UP. MY MOTHER IS 82 YEARS OLD, SO THE PACE WAS HARD. WE HAD A REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE. YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF BY FINDING THE PLACES YOURSELF, BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE THAT MUCH TIME TO SPENT, THIS IS A GOOD CHOICE. MONEY WELL SPENT. TRANSPORTED RIGHT TO THE PLACE AND NOT LEAST OUR SKILLED GUIDE SERA. HELPFUL AND SMILING ALL THE TIME. SPOKE ENGLISH WELL AND UNDERSTOOD WHAT WE WANTED TO SEE AND DO. 5.00We, our family of 3, would like to sincerely thank Samantha Song (coordinator for our trip in Harbin) and had provided us a good English speaking private tour guide, Ms Joanna Zhou, who worked endlessly to cater for us in the wintery cold and always keep us warm and comfortable during the whole trip. Our driver Mr Yang who always warm up the car ready to provide warmth pleasant trip and journey throughout. Heartfelt thanks to Joanna (tour guide) and Mr Yang (driver). 5.00First time visitors to Harbin, met with -28 degree temperatures. Decided to take a Harbin Private Tour Guide with Driver Mr Zou and our guide Austin Liu. Well worth the cost knowing we would be taken to where we wanted to go, to see what we wanted to see with a warm car immediately at our disposal all day to see arm up after each visit. We never stopped all day seeing The Russian church, the morning swimmers, the snow festival with its awesome sculptures and fun rides, the tiger sanctuary, great local restaurant for noodles at lunch before finally seeing the stunning ice festival at the end of the day. Non of it rushed, very much at our pace. Lots of photos of us together for lifetime memories . Harbin did not disappoint and neither did Austin or Mr Zou.

5.00We had a one-day private tour at the end of December. We met our English-speaking tour guide in our Harbin hotel lobby. Our tour guide Cathy checked our itinerary with us, and She made a very flexible itinerary for us. We also talked about our plan with her. then started our day tour. It was really cold in Harbin.Fortunately, we arranged everything in advance, Our guide Cathy who helped us a lot. She helped us book ice and snow festival entry tickets ahead of time. She explains each attraction to us and some knowledge we want to know from her. Lunch time followed our tour guide suggestion, we tasted the local special dish, stewed in iron pot. We chose pork dish, the meal is good, but a little slow. our driver Mr, Wang is very polite. The car has air-conditioned and warm. We enjoyed our one-day trip in Harbin. Thank you very much for our tour guide Cathy and driver Mr. Wang, I would like to highly recommended this private tour to you.

2.00The tour was poor, we wanted to go to the less touristic places, but the guide did not know the places. For lunch, we have been taken to a shopping mall when actually we asked for local cuisine to try.

5.00Mr Zou was our guide for the day. He was on time and very helpful. He takes time to explain to us the different places to visit and the best time to visit them. He was very courteous and patient. A day well spent!
