  We made a Booking at the Restaurant in person (for x7) on the Thursday, for the following Saturday because the on Duty Manager state that they we're completely double booked on all tables that night. On arrival (early) for our booking, they hardly looked for our name and stated that we didn't have a booking and that they had been fully booked since the Wednesday (make up your own mind on that one). The Manager who was leaving the Restaurant stated that we should have received a text to confirm our booking, this was never stated to us and the booking was made in store by his own Staff. No sympathy or help. We've stayed in Hard Rock Hotels and visited over 8 cafe's and this tiny restaurant can't cope with demand. If you can put up with rude staff, reserve online.

  We were served by a waitress named Manuela. The service for your part, fantastic. As for the food, all great. Quantity and quality. Recommended.

  It was a must to try hard rock in Brussels, so during a short three-day stay in this capital we decided to book for a birthday dinner. The restaurant is located in Grand Place Susini, the area is central, and the location is very beautiful, typical of all Hard Rocks. But let's move on to dinner, the salmon ordered was spicy and was not indicated on the menu, which should be written since it is not tolerable by everyone. Since it was a birthday dinner we would have expected the happy birthday song that they sing every time, but unfortunately that didn't happen.   Lovey food onthe limited menu but for a great price. It included a drink as well. You pay extra for anything else but this is understandable. Treated very well even though we had the cheaper menu. Knew about allergies and allergens. Great chocolate brownie and salad. It wasn't that busy either. Great location

  We purchased a prepaid Diamond Meal package from Canada 🇨🇦 a month before we went to Bruxelles, Belgium. The Hard Rock staff at this location was superb. The dinner menu was very good. We had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly. We also had the half rack of ribs and half chicken, again superb. I highly recommend you try this.

  First of all let me say we love Hard Rock Cafe. We opted to book the diamond dinner on Viator. we arrived 15 minutes early and were sitted quickly. that's the only good thing I can say about this experience. it was like the waiters saw the diamond menu and chose to serve the people he expected to get a larger tip from. after watching people come and go and we hadn't even ordered we complained and the manager came over to talk to us. we had already been there for 2 hrs. when the meal came there was no dressing on the salad, the chicken was cold and we had to flag down another waiters to get drinks. the manager was a very nice lady. she did compensate part of the meal for us but we were very disappointed in this location

  There was no WOW factor, as we were expecting in anticipation. We got the impression as if they do not have a lot of these package deals, so we got a very COLD deal.

  This listing symbolizes false advertising. It was promoted as "skip the lines", but the place was more than half empty with no lines. The meal was way overpriced and of mediocre quality. I have lost respect for the Hard Rock Cafe, and of what Viator has to offer.
