Back in 1971, Americans Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton opened the first Hard Rock Cafe in London. Their landlord didn’t think they could pull it off, so he granted them a three-month lease. Food and service was good but was pretty pricey for what we had 80 dollars for two sandwiches,two drinks and two desserts seemed a little too much

Great experience at the Hard Rock! The Fees for the meal are a little pricey but for the experience and service it was well worth it! We spent about an hour there eating and looking through the gift shop. Our waitress Jacquelyn as well as the rest of the staff was truly top shelf! We would gladly return!

We had 2 of our 8 in our group who wanted to try the Hard Rock. They apologized for picking it, because they fell real short of being good. Not sure what was going on, but we should not be waiting over an hour for food, unless they only had one cook. Which I cannot see happening. If that is the case, please be up front with your customers before seating them. Food was nothing special, just standard bar food, we did not order anything special. This is the 3rd Hard Rock I have ever been too and this one was the worse. I hope this helps save someone from going there.

Although many tables were available we had to wait a long time. Maybe it's not because of the amount of tables, but because of the available staff? We then got a text message and received a great table. The staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Our questions and translation problems were answered patiently and with humor. The food was very good. Thanks to the good exchange rate against the Swiss franc, prices are fine.
Great location for the Jeep kickoff.

Hard Rock hosted a kick off party for the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. Well organized. Enjoyed a cold beer and lunch inside. Atmosphere is always awesome, with so much cool stuff to look at. Large crowd was managed well.

It was our first time here. The food was good and they had live entertainment that night. The server was great. Always making sure our drinks were filled. He even brought me a sundae for my birthday.

We stopped at the Hard Rock Pidgeon Forge to have a beer and rest for a while. We had been traveling all day and this was the perfect spot to stop. The beer was cold and hit the spot. I can't say enough about our bartender, Ladeana, She was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I've got to say, for a smaller Hard Rock, their memorabilia was excellent. We have been to 30-plus Hard Rock cafes all over the world, and this one is definitely one you should visit. We had a great time, even though we were not here long, but for sure, we will be back. Sevice was awful, purchased a meal package was handed a menu with no items on it, had to get the manager to get any explanation on what we had purchased. Once our meal was delivered we never saw the waitress again until it was time for our dessert and said we were all set. She was very impersonal and cold. It was our 40th anniversary and expected a better experience with my wife instead of having to deal with the staff. We had visited this same establishment 5 year earlier and had a great time. As it is we will never return to this Hard Rock ever again.

Food and drinks were excellent, and the service was excellent. We don't mind paying a little extra for great food and drinks. Decor was awesome. Definitely be stopping here again!!
