Once you've cleared customs and immigration and collected your luggage, please head outside the airport terminal to Umbrella #10. Our friendly EPIC staff will be waiting to assist you. Upon arrival, you'll receive your Return Transfer Voucher and confirm your return time with no hassle and no need for phone calls. Your transportation will be in one of our brand-new, air-conditioned vehicles, driven by a certified, bilingual driver for your comfort and convenience. On your departure day, please be at the Lobby Exit at the time specified on your Return Transfer Voucher. Your driver will be holding an EPIC sign and will look for you. Please be punctual, as we pride ourselves on being always on time. It’s our privilege to provide you with seamless round-trip transportation during your Vacation in Paradise.

Sergio was awesome. He was helpful and was able to share about places as we drove. He offered us waters when we entered the vehicle and he was able to help us navigate the airport. Top notch

Sergio was the nicest driver and super helpful! Smooth and clean ride! We needed to be picked up from the Hard Rock and taken to Cabo Sport Fishing. Highly recommend!

The attention from the team from the reception at the airport was very friendly, the transfer time, the comfort of the vehicle, everything in general was excellent. Mr. Sergio was super friendly, prepared with soft drinks and water for passengers 10/10 super recommended ☺️

The Hardrock was amazing best food, service we have ever had on a vacation. Our concierge Brenda and Hector were wonderful and helpful for everything we needed. The Rythm pool was amazing our server E.P Garcia and fellow workers were the best in service and helpful with anything we needed. Johnny was also amazing in helping us out with anything we needed.
