Not actual in depth ghost stories. We hoped to see the site where ghosts appear and scary stories. It was just ok…. Disappointing.

It was hot, but the guide took every chance she could to get us into air conditioning when ever possible. We saw some great locations, learned some Austin history but we did not see any Ghosts. Maybe next time.

William was great and very knowledgeable. He spoke where everyone could hear. Very interesting and entertaining. The story telling was good.

Absolutely loved this tour! Will brings downtown’s old stories and dark corners to life. I arrived in full “skeptical-yet-curious” mode, but throughout the tour he dropped historic AND current images with first-hand accounts solid enough to make my inner skeptic pull up a chair for the entire easy walk. Personal highlight: the surprise mention of a century-old firehouse that moonlights as a speakeasy. Ghosts and craft cocktails? Yes, please. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who loves history served with goosebumps. I’m already plotting a return for Will’s Serial Killer tour—if it’s half as gripping as the ghost walk, it’s a no-brainer.

Will our tour guide was Amazing. Very knowledgeable in Austin History. Stories were great. Kids actually enjoyed themselves, even though it was rainy we fully enjoyed it! 10/10!!
