  Nice boat ride but the brunch option was not worth it at all. It says « brunch » but we thought it was more buffet style but you only have the option of 3 main dish but they are extremely small. Very disappointed.

  I when with my girl we really enjoyed it the server was great and was always on her toes making sure we were fine. Great work

  good 3 hrs trip with close island view, fascinating view and wonderful moment, comfortable seat with table food served, washroom available. it was great.

  The 1000 Island brunch cruise was a great kick off to our summer vacation. The food was well prepared and service was excellent. The cruise itself did not disappoint with great views along the river.

  Booked a tour in early July and was disappointed. The ship has good potential but it has not been properly maintained. Carpets are soiled, makeshift repairs done, black duct tape holding up plastic pond liner type wainscoting and paint that was blistering and peeling. Bathroom was not very clean and there was water on the floor. Ordered the French toast for the meal and the sausages were not fully cooked and the sweet potato home fries were still hard and were barely warm. The French toast was a little stale. Nobody on our deck seemed to enjoy the live entertainment and when we checked the other decks, the feeling seemed to be mutual. We Were eager to get back to land. Definitely not worth the cost. Sad because with a little more effort it could be a really nice tour. Stick to the basic tour without the meal if you want to tour the Thousand Islands.

  Your standing in line waiting too board and greated by an "Officer" with 3 stripes on his shoulders horking a Luger over the side then sipping his Tim Horton's - "Not very Professional" Then they crammed six of us right beside a heater, leaving us very cramped and uncomfortable, it started things off on a sour note, six people sitting where only four should have been. The food was really good, the cruise itself was enjoyable, the speaker was right above our table and the whole time you are bombarded with recorded commentary or the on board entertainment the entire 3 hours - it was really too much

  Food was excellent, lots of seating, staff were friendly and attentive, on board musicians were very good. However, the running commentary that played over the speaker system was monotonous, irrelevant and boring. The sound system was muffled and too loud in the dining room. As a result we mentally turned off and didn't retain any of the information.

  Very beautiful and scenic waterway to enjoy a relaxing meal. Food was good and service was great. The boat itself appeared to be not the cleanest. Eg. carpet looked dirty and spider webs. Otherwise I had a nice time.

  Great buffet on our three hour cruise the salads and chicken along with the beef medallion was perfect finishing off with tea or coffee along with a nice piece of lemon tart cake would recommend this to anyone who likes to relax and enjoy themselves Gallo staff was great along with the live music

  The cruise was pleasant enough, entertainment was fine, but the food was truly awful. So eat before you go and order a beverage and enjoy the reserved seating you get when you pay for the meal.
