This is a private transfer service between Heathrow Airport and Southampton Cruise Port, made just for you and your group. Our service allows you to avoid crowded bus stations and the stress of public transport. Whether you are arriving or departing, you can travel comfortably without worrying about navigating busy terminals or managing your luggage through crowded stations. We monitor your flight in real time, so your driver is there on time even if your plane is early or late. Your driver meets you inside the airport with a name board, helps with your luggage, and drives you directly to Southampton Cruise Port. The journey takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. This private transfer includes a generous 75-minute wait after landing, longer than many other services offer. We provide comfortable vehicles for any group size, ensuring a safe and easy journey. Luggage Allowance Our fleet is designed to accommodate both passengers and their luggage comfortably. Allowances per vehicle type are: • Saloon: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons. • MPV: Up to 4 passengers, 4 large/medium suitcases + 4 carry-ons. • Large MPV: Up to 6 passengers, 6 large/medium suitcases + 6 carry-ons. • Executive: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons. • Luxury: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons. Each passenger may also bring one personal item, such as a handbag or backpack. Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, foldable or non foldable mobility scooters may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle. If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety. It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting. Service Limitations • We are not liable for missed flights or missed cruise departures. If your flight or cruise ship is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required. • Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion. • Last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will depend on driver and vehicle allocation at the time of request.
