  Firstly, I have to give a massive shout out to the tour guide. I’m terrible with names, but his name was something like Carlson. Really tall guy, with shaggy hair and supported the German football team Dortmund. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and truly made the experience unforgettable. His English was brilliant, which was very useful as my German is terrible. But he was a brilliant tour guide and deserves every bit of praise he gets. As for the trip, it was a brilliant day out and well worth the money paid. We made 3 stops, Rapperswil, Heididorf and Vaduz as well as a tour of Zurich on the way out and back into the city. The views from each destination was incredible and learning about each one too was very interesting. I would highly recommend this tour and I do hope you get the same guide as he was a brilliant tour guide.

  So much fun! Heidiland was very relaxing! We didn’t buy tickets to the Heidi houses but just enjoyed the fresh mountain air, the views, and the gift shop! Then onto Liechtenstein which was so novel and fun! You Can Get a stamp for your passport, which is what we all wanted! Bring money (3) or be prepared to shop in the gift shop to add on the stamp purchase! We really loved Walter, our tour guide! We got to eat lunch with him and hear his stories of travel and work around the world. He’s a really interesting man and you’ll enjoy getting to know him! It was interesting to get the history and tour of Rapperswill and Liechtenstein was so fun! We just shopped a bit and had a drink at a local bar to people watch. Know that there is no food or drink allowed on the bus, which threw us off a bit! For an all day trip, we wished we could snack a little more. But it was ultimately okay!   We really enjoyed this tour! Raymond is a great guide and provided lots of interesting information about each stop — including Vaduz, Liechtenstein — and the regions of Switzerland we traveled through.

• Wear sturdy walking...

  Wear sturdy walking shoes. There was a lot of uphill walking, so a water bottle is also a good idea. Lots of beautiful scenery and photo opportunities.

• Tour starts too late, skips listed stops, and has a ridiculous no food/drink bus policy.

  The tour starts far too late, which makes the whole experience feel rushed and poorly planned. We also did not visit some of the places that were clearly mentioned in the description, which was very disappointing and misleading. On top of that, the policy of not allowing any food or drinks on the bus is ridiculous, especially considering that we spent most of the tour inside the bus. If you’re going to keep people seated for long periods, at least allow basic comfort like water or a small snack. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised and could be significantly improved with better timing, clearer communication, and more reasonable policies.

  A very informative and beautiful tour through Swiss mountains and towns past Zurich lake. The bus was very comfortable and calm.

  Guide was very information. Rapperswil was charming. But after that the trip went downhill. We drove through heidiland but no offer to stop for photos, not even when in her village. Then went to vaduz and was given 1 hour which was way too long. There is nothing to do. People will killing time in the coop. And then we drove back and had no other stop. Very disappointed Scenery was stunning and guide said good stuff but we felt robbed for the cost of the trip as didn't visit heidiland village or the other place.

  It was a lovely tour. What a great way to see Liechtenstein! The drive was so beautiful and the bus was very comfortable.

  Beautiful day with fabulous views of the Alps and Lake Zurich, churches, castles, interesting sculptures, and a delicious lunch! Our guide, Carsten, was very knowledgeable. He was also flexible and able to give us more time at the places we wanted to spend more time and a little less when we were all ready to move on. I was able to see and experience everything on my list for this tour! I also was able to find the souvenirs I was looking for and get the passport stamped! Big thank you to Carsten!!!

  This tour was unforgettable thanks to Walter and his Serbian driver. They weren’t just guides — they made the whole group feel like one big team. The energy was so positive, the organisation was perfect, and the knowledge about history and Swiss culture was impressive. But what really stood out was their kindness and generosity — and the humour! I don’t think I’ve laughed that much on a tour before. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. If you’re thinking of booking this trip, do it — you’ll have the best day.
