  All the logistics of the tour went as planned. Pickup and drop off at hotel was on time and we were met by guide on leaving the ferry. Our guide was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. She made the tour really interesting and offered suggestions of other things to see in our free time. Her lunch and coffee recommendations were great. Thanks so much for a fantastic day

  Communication with tour operator was good - given good pick up instructions. Picked up on time in a nice car when transported to port. Ferry ship was like a cruise ship - lots of room onboard and plenty of dining options. On arrival were greeted with tour guide and taken to the bus too be transported to the city. Toured upper Tallinn before moving to the lower section. Tour guide was great. She explained things well in English and took photos if required. Some really interesting stops. Given some tips for free time ehich was three hours after the guided tour. Enough time for a meal and some individual sight seeing/shopping before meeting at the spot to be picked which was on up on time and returned to the port for the ferry. Be aware in winter and Monday, some places are closed and it gets dark early so this affects the things you can do in your free time but I still enjoyed it as it isn't a big city. Was picked up and returned to hotel on arrival back in Helsinki. Overall a great day trip.

  I thought we should return to the ferry too soon. It was picked up at 5:00 p.m. but the ferry did not sail until 6:30 p.m. Could have spent 1/2 hour more on their own and still have the ferry.

  Was an excellent and informative tour, our guide Karina was very knowledgeable of the local history. Which is unsurprising as she said she was born and raised in Tallinn. The guided part did feel somewhat rushed and the free walk felt a little long, but what a destination. The architecture and the people were splendid, the old town was simply a treat to enjoy. No shortage of nooks to bury ones self in, i would absolutely recommend this tour to give someone a taste of Tallinn, we plan to come back and go on our own tour again to really be able to explore.

  Tallinn is a beautiful town. Really enjoyed the walking tour. If you go during winter dress in lots of layers. We had plenty of free time. Transportation was very punctual.

  Amazing tour experience! The place was beautiful with so much history, and the views were stunning. Everything was well organized and the guide explained everything clearly. Highly recommend this tour!

  This was a really well organised tour. We had a change to our itinerary which was clearly communicated to us as were all the instructions. The transport from our hotel was on time and by high quality car. The driver accompanied us to the ferry terminal and helped get our tickets from the machine. It was easy to join up with our small tour group at the other end and there was very little waiting around. Our tour guide was excellent and informative and the tour was great despite the fact that it was incredibly cold. We were given lots of options of things to see, where to eat and where to shop in our free time and they were very good recommendations. The instructions for the pick up in Tallinn were really clear and again the transport was on time. We arrived back in Helsinki at 21:30 and were very grateful to be met by the same driver for the return to our hotel. We basically could not fault the whole experience.

  We would have liked our guide to be a little more outgoing, use humor, and be more approachable. She was very nice but very sober in her expressions and stories.

  The walk through the old town of Tallinn was very nice. We walked at a moderate pace with lots of breaks for pictures. Our guide was very knowledgeable.
