  I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service and facilities at this lounge. In particular, I would like to commend Sam, one of your lounge attendants, for her exceptional hospitality. From the moment I entered, Sam greeted me warmly and provided attentive, personalized assistance. She was proactive in ensuring I had everything I needed—whether it was recommending refreshments, assisting with seating, or kindly answering my questions about flight updates. Her professionalism and genuine care truly enhanced my lounge experience. Additionally, I was highly impressed with the lounge’s shower facilities. The amenities were well-maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with high-quality toiletries. After a long flight, the opportunity to refresh in such a comfortable and clean environment made a significant difference to my journey.

  going back home, transit in Helsinki to stop by this Plaza Premium Lounge at the airside of HEL airport. very bright floor to sky windows over look runways while enjoy cup of coffee. need to mention staff are pleasant and helpful, especially Amanda. nice to spend a couple hours here!

  The lounge is clean & decent with everything that comforts the travellers. And the receptionist Praise is really nice to offer a “chocolate special” during my stay!

  Aside from Chase Sapphire reserve lounge, this is the best lounge we’ve experienced. Praise was so kind and welcoming. Food was great. Relaxing and comfortable environment.

  Staff friendly. Main seating area and shower rooms clean. Not overly impressed with small amount of food options. Male & female toilets were a bit of a riot. Over flowing waste paper bins and paper towels all over the floor.

  There was a 5-hour transit between my journey to Berlin and a long-haul flight from Hong Kong. Having this fabulous lounge to eat and rest to kill time I am so thankful. To be honest, i haven‘t expected the time would have passed so fast! The lounge locates near Gate 40 and very easy to find, i have the dragon pass to stay for 2 hours and the staff PRAISE is very smiley and thoughtful, she helped me with the membership of Smart Traveller app to get one hour extension, which i would not expect. The place is clean with warm ambience, also at the large window glass you can overlook the Finnair planes parking. Wonderful experience!
