5.00There was a 5-hour transit between my journey to Berlin and a long-haul flight from Hong Kong. Having this fabulous lounge to eat and rest to kill time I am so thankful. To be honest, i haven‘t expected the time would have passed so fast! The lounge locates near Gate 40 and very easy to find, i have the dragon pass to stay for 2 hours and the staff PRAISE is very smiley and thoughtful, she helped me with the membership of Smart Traveller app to get one hour extension, which i would not expect. The place is clean with warm ambience, also at the large window glass you can overlook the Finnair planes parking. Wonderful experience!

5.00Lovely relaxed lounge, private with views of the runway. Multiple entrance discounts when you download the app. Nice fresh buffet, wine and beer included. Massage chair, showers accessable for all airlines

4.00Comfortable space, very good Thai cuisine lunch! But we lack more diversity from sweets or salty snacks. Amanda who welcomed us at the lounge check-in was very receptive and friendly, and we were happy when we saw that she was Brazilian like us and we spoke in Portuguese briefly :)

4.00The Plaza Premium Lounge is great however considering it is in Finland the coffee machine is not upto Finnish standardi in my opion. Coffee drinking nation knows it's coffee- hot, strong and tasty. R -kioski sells better coffee.

5.00José was super friendly and gave us the best service!! Thank you so much!! The lunge was perfect for our 2 hs stop. The food and the ambient are amazing!
