    Zana Balikci's city tour of Helsinki is a trip not to be missed. Not only did he focus on the history of the various buildings and their architectural influence, he even took us inside 3 libraries: Helsingin Yliopisto, Oodi Library and Academic bookshop. If you're a book lover, these places are "treasure coves" which shouldn't be missed, and Zana's knowledge of these places is laudable. Besides, he even recommended the "must-try" food items at Kaartinkaupunki. A value for money tour with a great guide.

    The guide was informed and excellent in his presentation, as well as friendly and engaging. We are a couple in our 70’s traveling with our 14-year-old grandson from the USA and all three of us enjoyed the tour immensely.

    Knowledgeable guide, covers a good span of topics of life in Finland. Good explanation and exposure to the Finnish way of life. Took us inside many public spaces, including libraries and community centers. Willing to answer any questions and Dana was a very pleasant guide.

    My family went on a 3hrs walking tour in Helsinki. Our tour guide, Zana, gives us a good orientation around the city. The walking tour is highly recommended to any first timer to Helsinki. Apart fron the walking tour, one can also purchase HSL day ticket where you can easily travel by the tram, metro train, etc in the city.
