  We highly recommend Jaid/Refresh Tours for your St Lucia airport transfer. Jaid was friendly and sociable! We enjoyed chatting with him on the long ride to our hotel. He shared lots of info about St Lucia and pointed out various landmarks along the way. It made the long ride to our hotel go by quickly. Would def use again.

  The trips to and from the airport were made most comfortable and easy to do with Jaid who provided excellent service, communications and pleasant easygoing conversation with us both ways. In this way he truly enhanced our experience to St Lucia by inspiring confidence in his reliability and knowledge of the island, not to mention a myriad of fun topics in our conversation!

  We made our arrangements from home before left for St Lucia, and Jaid was waiting for us when we arrived. His vehicle was clean, and he asked if the temperature was comfortable, which it was. It was an hour and forty minutes ride to our resort and Jaid pointed out points of interest on the way, told us about local food, culture and places we might be interested in seeing. The roads in St Lucia are crazy winding, but Jaid was a great,safe driver. When we arrived at the resort we reserved his service to pick us up for our return trip to the airport. He gave us his contact information, and before I could reach out to him, he confirmed our ride back to the airport. He was at the resort early, and sent a note letting us know he was there. The ride back to the airport was as pleasant as the first ride.

  Jaid waited for us at the airport and drove us to our hotel 90 minutes away. He was great in telling us the history of the island, sharing tips and being very welcoming.

  Jade was absolutely amazing! Always on time very helpful and professional. He knows the island like the back of his and can avoid traffic that could delay your plans. He also makes a great photographer

  We had such a great experience with Jaid as our driver . He went above and beyond while exceeding our expectations. We used him for our entire stay, we did go on a few excursions, he did great at accommodating us with our plans. He made our trip extra special.

  Jaid really made our trip so much easier. I usually get a little nervous relying on strangers in a new country, but right away Jay’s friendly vibe put me at ease. His van was spotless and the AC worked perfectly — a real relief in that heat! The drive from UVF to Gros Islet felt quick and comfortable, almost like catching up with an old friend. He drove carefully and made sure we got into our Airbnb safely before heading off. Big thanks, Jay! Seriously, don’t hesitate—book him!
