We had such a great experience with Jaid as our driver . He went above and beyond while exceeding our expectations. We used him for our entire stay, we did go on a few excursions, he did great at accommodating us with our plans. He made our trip extra special.

Jaid really made our trip so much easier. I usually get a little nervous relying on strangers in a new country, but right away Jay’s friendly vibe put me at ease. His van was spotless and the AC worked perfectly — a real relief in that heat! The drive from UVF to Gros Islet felt quick and comfortable, almost like catching up with an old friend. He drove carefully and made sure we got into our Airbnb safely before heading off. Big thanks, Jay! Seriously, don’t hesitate—book him!

Jaid took us to all of the great spots. He went well and beyond his duties to make our trip safe, enjoyable and worthwhile. My husband and I plan to go back soon and we will definitely will be calling on Jaid again.

Jay was absolutely amazing! He has a very warm and welcoming personality. We used him for the majority of our trip so I’m glad I didn’t have to worry about finding transportation everyday. Highly recommend!!

Jaid and his colleagues at Refresh Tours and Taxi Service were amazing when our flight was canceled in St. Lucia. They quickly secured a hotel for our group of 12, drove us there, and were punctual picking us up the next morning for the airport. Their professionalism and friendliness turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Highly recommend!

Jay offered me a good rate to take me from the large airport to the smaller one near Castries , had lots of interesting conversation about the island, and was a safe and reliable driver. When inter Caribbean airlines cancelled my flight with now Cotabato he suggests and took me to Hotel Bel Jou which was a really good recommendation. I took his number and he was able to do the return journey a week later. Would definitely recommend.
