After you book your transfer, a driver is informed and will be there beforehand to pick you up from the airport. After you successfully clear customs and immigration he will receive a text message informing him that you are ready to be picked up. He will then make his way to the Meeting Point area where he will meet and greet you and take care of any luggage you have. Should you need help at any point, feel free to reach out to us via Whatsapp or call. After you've made your way to the vehicle, your driver will ensure you are comfortable and then your journey begins. He will point out places of interest along the way and viewpoint stops should you wish to take photos. For your return transfer to the airport, your driver will pick you up from your Resort at the time designated by you.

5.00Great service! Symeon was punctual and communicated very well with us. He was flexible with his time and made sure our experience was safe. We also appreciated the fact that he made stops to show us important areas on the island. He also stopped so we could try the local cuisine that was on the way to our resort. Overall, Symeon was great. He was attentive to our needs, flexible, communicative, and overall provided excellent services. If you are traveling in St. Lucia, he’s your guy!

5.00I used this company for a round trip taxi service from St lucia airport to a resort near Castries. The company was easy to contact at any time. Drivers were prompt on their pickup and very courteous and knowledgeable. Price was competative.

1.00We booked this company to pick us up at the airport upon arrival at St Lucia. I previously contacted them several times to confirm our pick with our detail of how many people. When we arrived at the airport they were there for the pickup but came with a car that wouldn't fit 4 people and our luggage, We were stuck waiting over 45mins and they arranged a Taxi Van with a driver that not very nice and the taxi was falling apart. We never hear back from the company, not even an apology. Not a good way to start a vacation. We are going back to St.Lucia but I would not recommend using them.
