  Cenotes are amazing! Swimming/snorkeling with the turtles was really cool. Most amazing was our tour guide Diana who was delightful, informative, and fun!

  The cave was my favorite experience so far! It was cool seeing sea turtles. Our tour guide, JJ, was great!

  It was very rushed. Barley had enough time to get my things together when we went to Cenote. Had to strip down into our swimming gear in the bus. Had a place to change if needed. But felt pressured to just strip down right there and then. So we just fell in line with the rest. Couldn’t bring our phones or camera into Cenote. So they pretty much just force you to buy their pictures at an inflated price. Went to Tulum for a snorkel with the turtles. Again very rushed. Made it out to the ocean where people were crammed in a small area to explore. Well I wouldn’t really say explore as I was yelled at by the guide’s so many times that I eventually just swam back to shore. I myself really don’t appreciate people screaming at me across the ocean for not following the group well it’s pretty hard when there is 500 people out there and we all wearing the exact same thing Sir! I literally was 20ft away from them! I had seen some turtles and was trying to get a picture but was rudely yelled at for getting to far?? Ridiculous… We then went to their private beach. Was ok I guess lots of seaweed and rocky murky water. Nothing to write home about. Had lunch beef burritos and fries. Fries good burrito not so much. Had one bite and put it to the side. Was hoping for a great day especially on the price tag. Save the money and just pay the day at the resort and go on your own to see turtles and Cenote. Won’t have to wear a life jacket to swim in 10 ft of water. And have staff yelling at you all the time and not Rushed!

  Sergio was very knowledgeable about the Cenotes. He worked with everyone to make sure everything went smooth.

  Our travel guide was amazing! However, our turtle excursion was canceled due to weather. But instead of notifying us beforehand the change, we were on the bus an hour and a half into the van trip that we were notified of the change. They could transfer us back or travel another hour to different cenotes and snorkeling in a horrible laguna.
