Forth Bridge
If you're looking for a breathtaking experience, consider booking a tour that includes a visit to the Forth Bridges. These three impressive bridges span the Firth of Forth, and are a sight to behold. The Forth Bridge is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Scotland's most iconic landmarks. The Forth Road Bridge, opened in 1964 by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, is a long-span suspension bridge over 2.5 kilometres in length, with towers over 150 metres high. The Queensferry Crossing, opened in 2017, is the newest of the three and spans the firth with its modern design. Don't miss out on the opportunity to see these engineering marvels up close and appreciate their beauty and significance in Scottish history.
Linlithgow Palace
As you pass by Linlithgow Palace in Scotland, you'll see a magnificent medieval castle that once served as the birthplace of Mary, Queen of Scots. Although much of the palace now lies in ruins, the grandeur and history of the site are still evident. Built in the 15th century by King James I, the palace was a favored residence of the Scottish monarchs for centuries, and it played a pivotal role in many important events in Scottish history. Today, visitors can still explore the palace's many chambers, courtyards, and towers, and imagine what life was like for the royals who once called this impressive castle their home. Whether you're a history buff or simply a lover of Scottish architecture, Linlithgow Palace is a must-see attraction in Scotland.

No words to express my appreciation to Ed, in the last minute he customized our tour since I made a mistake and I booked very similar tours in the highlands! He care and went beyond and above to give us the ultimate experience in Scotland, took us to places I never considered visited and I totally fell in love with, thanks to Ed’s right on suggestions. We did Anstruther, St Andrews, Pitlochry, Blair Castle, Dalwhinnie distillery, St Queensferry and some places in Edinburgh all in a wonderful day packed with wonderful memories with my family! Love every minute of it, highly recommend you to book with Ed and talk with him in advance to accommodate your experience to the next level like he did with us!!

Very nice places that you got to see during the tour. The tour guide was great with very interesting facts about what you went past. Despite the hassle with TripAdvisor, the tour guide arranged for us to go on this day trip. He also arranged a high chair for the daughter who was on the trip. Really a tip for everyone to go on this day trip😍

Our guide, Ed, was experienced and planned our stops well. We have great photos from our stops in Glencoe and Glenfinnan. He took a family photo of us that turned out well. I traveled with my son, daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren.

We had an incredible Experience with Harrison our tour guide and intrepid driver. We had a great Jacobite steam train ride, stopped for a lovely lunch in Mallig, and saw a few other historic spots. The route is lovely, we were on time, and Harrison was funny, charming and full of historical info for us. Incredible day!

Ed is an amazing tour guide who helped us craft a personalized Highlands day tour. My brother suggested a bus tour, go to a spot near the Waverly Bridge at 7:30, board a bus, get dropped off at 7:30 p.m. Nope. My brother books Ed's Mercedes tour, pick up at our flat at 7:30 and drop off at 7:30. Nope. Pick up at our flat at 9:30, drop off at Tapa restaurant in Leith for our dinner reservation at 7:45 p.m. Nope. Pick up at our flat at 9:00 so my brother and his wife can pick up a cup of coffee in Stockbridge. We adjust the itinerary on the road to get into way stops ahead of the tour buses, and decide on the fly whether we should head for Loch Ness or for the Glenfinnan Viaduct. Ed recommends the Glenfinnan Viaduct. The undisputed highlight of our trip was our walk up a steepish hill to catch a panoramic view of the Glenfinnan Viaduct. Well done, Ed. Ed was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout, making our tour a huge success.

Had a lovely day exploring the Highlands. Loved that we got to spend some extra time with some key interest areas for our kids. Ed made sure he checked ahead of time to make sure our tour worked with business schedules. Thanks for the great day!
