5.00Our tour guide Paul was excellent in his knowledge and presentation of Lyon history and culture and knew how to pace our walk and climb up to the top of the city for a panoramic view of the city. He paused to share interesting local history and information while we rested before the next set of stairs. The pace with stops was very helpful! Paul was also very attentive in guiding us to cross the streets and waiting until the whole group was together before leading us to our next stop. We also enjoyed seeing all the secret passage ways used by silk workers in Old Lyon. We would highly recommend Paul and this tour!

1.00The guide was terrible. Viator promises professional guides and this person was reading on the phone what ChatGPT told him. I knew absolutely nothing about it. The worst part is that VIATOR refuses to make the refund on the grounds that the operator does not. My recommendation. Never hire VIATOR

5.00Fantastic tour. Got to see a lot of Lyon and its hidden gems. Definitely a must do on your visit to Lyon. Good pace. A lot of information is provided and some helpful tips given to get the most on visiting a great city. Paul is very passionate about what he does and sharing his city with travelers. Thank you Paul.
