• BLKN escapes only if you want a five star experience

  Me and a girlfriend took a 7 day tour with BLKN escapes. I wasn’t sure how we were going to manage the trip. Maybe rent a car or take public transit. We researched many options and fell upon BLKN escapes. At first I thought it sounded too good to be true because of the price and experiences being offered. But I took the chance and booked them. Prior to the trip Alex and I spoke on the phone so he could find out everything we hoped to see and do. He customized the tour to perfection. Our driver Mario picked us up at the airport and from that moment on all we had to worry about was enjoying the views and experiences. Not only was it absolutely stunning places to visit and see but everything we did was thought through and planned perfectly. The accommodations that were booked were all clean and beautiful and in beautiful locations. Mario was such a gentleman with so much in-site and knowledge about his country that he shared with us. It was obvious he has a passion for what he does. He was fun and chatty and took such good care of us. The places we visited were some of the most beautiful places I have ever had the privilege to see. The words “wow”were repeated throughout the entire week. The countries Croatia, Montenegro and Slovenia are a must see. Without a doubt I would recommend BLKN escapes.   Limitless Balkans provided us with a private tour of Croatia, with day trips to Slovenia, Bosnia and Montenegro, all within a 7-day period. Our experience was enriched by wonderful local guides and excellent advice on what to see and when to see it. The principal of the company, Aleksandar Vucin, is a perfectionist. He responded to our initial queries almost immediately and created a programme of activities that was perfectly tailored to our interests and travel plans. My wife adds: "All our guides were knowledgeable and lovely".

  Our family of 4 (2 in their 20's) all highly recommend Limitless Balkan. Alek designed a custom trip for us -- for 6 days he organized private tours and activities, and during the 3 days we spent on our own, he went out of his way to give us tips, help out with logistics and whatever else we needed. I especially appreciated that Alek let me co-design a custom itinerary to specifically fit the various interests of our picky family. We got history, culture, adventure, gourmet food, hiking, biking, relaxing, and a taste of the local vibe, All of his guides were extremely knowledgeable, interesting, professional and accommodating-- I can't say enough good things about them. Communication was excellent every step of the way which helped make our trip so much smoother. We would definitely use Alek and his company again and can't thank LB enough for one of our most memorable family vacations!

  My husband and I just finished our 7 day Croatia highlights tour (Zagreb to Dubrovnik). I cannot thank Aleksandar enough for making this trip such a memorable one. Not only was he efficient in arranging all of the details but he went over and above it with his warmth and friendliness. His colleagues Frane in Split and Pavo in Dubrovnik were very good as well.   We enthusiastically rate Aleksandar Vucin's services at 5 stars after a week that included more than a dozen stops from the castles of northern Croatia to the Dalmatian Coast. He was extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, always on time, always responsive to our occasional whims -- and a great conversationalist! He also was creative in arranging surprising events, including a specially prepared grilled-fish lunch at a lovely seaside village on the Peljesac Peninsula and another, quite unforgettable, lunch at an oyster/mussel farm on an island near Ston. • Amazing week in Croatia!

  We've just returned from an amazing week in Croatia with Aleks--no questions asked, we would do it again. He is an amazing guide, planner, coordinator, driver and historian! We started our week in Zagreb, and then worked our way south through Plitvice, Sibenik, Trogir, Split, Korcula, and Dubrovnik. Every stop was perfectly planned with local guides in each location waiting to greet us and explain the rich history of each location. We opted to keep Aleks with us for the whole week, trekking in a V class Mercedes van so not to be too cramped with three adults (who had overpacked). Great value for the price--you could pay MANY times more for a much less personalized experience with a large company. Hotel and restaurant suggestions were spot on, and we had fun in each and every location. We all agree that there is nothing we would change if we were to take the same trip again.   My wife and I visited Croatia for almost 3 weeks and we used extensively the services of tour guide Aleksandar. (Aleksandar Vučin) Aleks was outstanding in every way. Passionate, knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, humourous and with a spectacular emphasis on service delivery. Nothing was too big or too small for him. It's no exaggeration to say that the success and enjoyment of our vacation was very much due to Aleks. We have sung Alek's praises to our friends and have no hesitation in recommending him highly.
