  This is a brief tour that only encompasses a few main sites. The guide was enthusiastic, but her English Speaking ability was limited, making for a sometimes confusing dialogue.

  We loved A Coruna! This tour took us by bus to two parks that had wonderful lookout views of the beautiful landscape looking out over the cliffs and ocean. While on the bus, the guide told us about the city and the region of Galicia. Towards the end of the tour we walked into the main plaza of the city and were told about the history of this area.

  Went to two very pretty locations where we could get out and walk around. There were great views. We ended the tour in a third location which was very nice. It was the main square in À Coruna. There are lots of restaurants and shops and then a pretty quick walk back to the ship. But please note, it is a walk back. The pickup location for the tour was just off the ship. You don’t have to walk all the way out to where the other non-cruise excursions begin. It was very easy. The weather was rainy and windy but it still was doable. If the weather had been much worse though it would have been impossible to walk around. The guide also pointed out many other points of interest along the way to the stops. One point of clarification for the guide… the park with the statues includes one of John Lennon, not Elton John. We couldn’t understand why there’d be a statue of Elton John. However, John Lennon makes sense.

  Mildly interesting tour on a cold, rainy, windy day. Advertised as 10 AM to 2:15 PM, but ended at 1:00 PM. A little hard to understand the guide at times due to strong accent and limited English.
