Admire the lake's shimmering teal and turquoise waters, nestled at the base of Gamti Mountain. Head up to the hiking track to begin your ascent of the mountain, soaking up the nature atmosphere.
After about 40 minutes of hiking, reach the balcony of the mountain and observe the expansive, rolling forest and hills stretching out before you. At your feet, gaze in wonder at the stunning views of Lake Bovilla. Breathe in the fresh mountain air on your cheeks in a setting of pure natural beauty. Trail details : Min Altitude : 460 m Max Altitude : 620 m Elevation: 160 m Distance up and down : 1.95 km ( 0,97 km one way) Pause to sip water and chat in the shadows of a mountain cave before descending the mountain along the same route. FREE TIME: During the tour, the guide will give you free time to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Bovilla Lake. You can use this time to have your own snacks or drinks, or choose to enjoy lunch at the restaurant there.

5.00We had a great experience of Bovilla Lake tour with our tour guide Ervin. They were on time for the pick up and maintained the punctuality throughput the tour. Our guide was telling Albania's interesting history all the way making sure we don't get bored. He was with us throughout the hike making sure everyone is okay and no one is left behind. Overall a 10/10 experience, 100 % recommended !

3.00Guide and driver - 5⭐ Guide was helpful and adjusted to everybody's tempo. Organizational part 2⭐ We had another trip with the company before and all was good. This time.. night before the trip at 11pm we get a message to have our snacks otherwise ask driver in advance to stop as store. We don't want to hold all group for shopping and as tourists we live with emly fridge so we run around all morning looking where to buy some sandwitch (as you wont get it ready to eat in glocery store). Eventually we did not even need those sandwitches. We passed a restaurant with a genually amazing view of the lake and instead were taken to some crap "restaurant" where staff does not speak english, meniu is unclear, food is uneatable (what is written just beef turns out to be bones with some meet that is hard and impossible to chew) and atmosphere - nice mountains & water + construction site, pipes and tractor digging stones at the river literraly next to the tables... Good at least we did not stay there whole 2 hrs as planned as there was nothing else to do nowhere else to go. It makes clear why the tourists are taken there but it really ruined the mood which was so great after nice trip and amazing views.

4.00Vilson was an excellent tour guide. Very informative. This tour I would definitely recommend for one of the best views in Tirana and to challenge yourself. Bring hiking boots or something with strong grip

5.00Tour guide was Vilson. He was very kind and funny. The van ride was comfortable. But, the real star was the epic views from climbing a moderately difficult mountainside. The views at the top were majestic and worth every leke.

5.00I enjoyed very much from the tour. The guide was excellent and understandable. I appreciate the consideration of our guider towards all of the groups on the tour ( specifically my old grandparents) . The view was astonishing and the driver did a great job considering the conditions😂 I would absolutely recommend to others about this experience

5.00We had a fantastic time visiting Bovilla lake and hiking up Gamti Mountain. The hike is of moderate difficulty so you should definitely wear appropriate footwear and the stunning views are worth the hike to the top. There is a bathroom available to use in the restaurant which is located halfway up the mountain. Ervin was our guide and he did a great job!

5.00The trip was amazing. Bailey, our tour guide, was super professional and nice. She introduced us the history of Albania on the road with a lot of fun. Highly recommend anyone who likes nature and wants to explore the beautiful Bovilla Lake. The hike is easy and relaxing, ideal for beginners.
