Discover the patterns of life in suburban Tirana as you pass through the city on your way to the countryside. As you approach Lake Bovilla, see the lake's impressive dam. Admire the lake's shimmering teal and turquoise waters, nestled at the base of Gamti Mountain. Head up to the hiking track to begin your ascent of the mountain, soaking up the nature atmosphere.
After about 40 minutes of hiking, reach the balcony of the mountain and observe the expansive, rolling forest and hills stretching out before you. At your feet, gaze in wonder at the stunning views of Lake Bovilla. Breathe in the fresh mountain air on your cheeks in a setting of pure natural beauty. Trail details : Min Altitude : 460 m Max Altitude : 620 m Elevation: 160 m Distance up and down : 1.95 km ( 0,97 km one way) Pause to sip water and chat in the shadows of a mountain cave before descending the mountain along the same route. FREE TIME: During the tour, the guide will give you free time to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Bovilla Lake. You can use this time to have your own snacks or drinks, or choose to enjoy lunch at the restaurant there.

5.00Irvin, our guide, had excellent English and gave an interesting and quirky commentary on the way up. The hike was challlenging for me (56 and not particularly fit) and I did not do the last part. The views were beautiful regardless and I sat in the restaurant while everyone else went up. Suggest walking Charlie Chaplin on the way down - the shingles are very slippy. Greaf day though. Great value and worthwhile. Thanks Irvin and Mohammed.

5.00I really enjoyed the trip. I was traveling solo and this trip helped me to meet new people and the host, Ervin was such a nice guide. I got lost on my way back but he helped me to get back on the right route and he reassured. I really enjoyed it.

5.00We had a great time with Ervin, the tour guide. The hike is amazing. It’s definitely a work out ! But we managed to finish it with a 6 year old. The views make it so worth it! Thanks to Ervin again :)

5.00The hike with Klajdi was amazing. He pick us on the time And choosen place. Bovilla lake Is a really nice place. We had a good time. The hike Is not too hard neither too long.

5.00Such a great tour! Ervin was a great tour guide! Made us laugh a lot. The sights are amazing! I cannot believe the value for the price. The hike up there is short but if you’re scared of heights it might be challenging. Highly recommend

5.00Our tour guide was Ervin, he was amazing! Really informative and funny. The tour itself is definitely not the most challenging but you do need good footwear and be able to walk up a steep hill and climb over rock and stuff. The views are amazing!! Would highly recommend
