We will carpool to a hiking trail within an hour drive from Denver, and we'll hike for 2-4 hours in the Rocky mountains. We'll get some sunshine, see pretty views, maybe see some wildlife, take a few snack and water breaks, learn about the wildflowers and trees, make new friends, get some exercise and breathe in the fresh mountain air! In the winter months, we'll provide "Yak Traks" that you put on your shoes to improve the traction on ice and snow. Depending on the length of the hike, we can pick up sandwiches on the way and eat lunch on the trail, or we can get lunch together after the hike, or you can do your own thing for lunch after the hike. The hike will be easy to moderate for people in good physical shape, but it can be very challenging for people who do not exercise regularly and are not used to altitude. The hike will take place in the Rocky Mountains west of Denver, NOT in Rocky Mountain National Park. The elevation will be somewhere between 6,000 and 12,000 ft. Minimum group size is 2 hikers. The itinerary is flexible and we pick the trail based on the group's preferences. The list below are potential stops:

5.00I cannot say enough good things about Adrienne! It ended up being a solo hike (just me with Adrienne), and by the end, we were old friends. The hike itself was beautiful, and she was absolutely FANTASTIC about taking amazing pictures. She gave really clear directions about where to meet, and we were able to add on an extra bit at the end. She was knowledgeable, kind, and fun! Suggestions: wear layers, sunscreen, some good hiking shoes, warm clothes (for 45* in December, I wore yoga pants covered by fleece-lined leggings (2 layers) and several layers of shirts and sweaters), gloves, a scarf, and a warm beanie. Even though I live in Tennessee, with the proper attire, the cold wind didn't bother me at all. Bring sunglasses, water, a snack, and a backpack to carry your stuff in. Thanks for a fantastic time, Adrienne! Until next time! <3

5.00Such an amazing experience! Adrienne was a perfect guide and photographer for this trip. She was also very knowledgeable about the history and different plants/trees around the area. Not only were the views breathtaking but it was really cool to be able to learn the history behind the different areas we hiked. Adrienne was so sweet and helpful from the time we booked the hike to even after the hike. Little did I know at the time, but she filmed my fiancé proposing to me! 10/10 would recommend this hike AND with the amazing Adrienne. Thank you again!

5.00Me and my friend had such a great time in the Rocky Mountains thanks to our guide, Adrienne. I’ve done other famous mountain tours before, but this one was honestly the best. She really cared about everyone’s safety and kept the mood fun. You can tell she truly loves the mountains, and it made her explanations so enjoyable. She also told us what the course would be like beforehand, and during the hike she shared fun stories and took amazing photos for us. I would recommend HIGHLY this tour to everyone. All my work stress disappeared after this😊

5.00Madison took us for a moderate hike up Chief mountain, it was a very pleasant day and beautiful hike with stunning views, especially from the top. She was very knowledgeable and shared tips on what to do if we meet a moose or a bear :) as well as a bunch of info on plants, rocks and wildlife. Loved it and highly recommend!

5.00This was one of the best experiences I've had in Denver. To explore nature, get your steps in AND get awesome photo ops?! You can't beat it! Brian made it all the more fun! He has GOT TO BE the coolest tour guide ever. He is very knowledgeable, laid back, great conversationalist and tells some really good jokes. LOL. OH! Did I mention he used to work at Olan Mills so he takes THE BOMB PICS! If you're thinking about doing it, JUST DO IT! You won't regret it. He doesn't rush you and allows you to go at your own pace- taking any and all necessary breaks. I would definitely do this again! I considered this my "adventure " outing and it was again, WORTH IT! Thanks Brian!
