Your van tour will introduce you to Newport, Ri to discover more than 387 years of history. You will quickly see why Newport, RI. became the go-to summer destination for the Gilded Age crowd and Mrs. Astor's " 400." The Tour is Fully narrated along the 15 mile route, passing over 100 local attractions, points of Interest and Historic Sights. Keep in mind this is fully narrated tour, for up to 12 guests, so we explore Newport, RI and all its amazing aspects a relaxed pace, and not packed into a overcrowded tour bus. Keep in mind your tour last roughly 90 minutes and we DO NOT go inside any mansions. We will pass them and give you interesting information from the exterior.

5.00I highly recommend this tour. Larry is a very knowledgeable and pleasant tour guide. The van is very comfortable. He took us all over Newport to all the highlights. We had the opportunity to take pictures at various locations. We were able to tour inside the Breakers by purchasing discount tickets directly from Larry. He waited for us while we were inside. The Breakers was breathtaking and we were happy that we were able to go inside. He made many useful recommendations about restaurants and parking and shops, as well as places to explore further on our own.

5.00Larry was a great guide for our first visit to Newport. He was so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable about the area, its history and the mansions (including knowing former and current owners). We opted for the extra entrance to see The Breakers mansion and enjoyed seeing inside. We couldn’t have had a better tour!!

5.00Larry was the perfect answer to our travel quandary. We were unsure how to introduce Newport RI to our friend who is a New Englander but has never stayed or visited the attractions of the area. Larry was able to give us the most detailed history and beautiful tour of the area in the shortest amount of time. His experience and knowledge of the area is worth every penny.
