Our tours are exclusively private and cultural. We start at the port or any of your accommodation and start sightseeing tour through the corniche (the bay of tangier) and several boulevards ,drive through the residential area where you can stop for pictures (the big mosque ,the grand Spanish cathedral ,view over looking both new and old city …),continue to cap spartel the extreme northwest point of Africa and where the Mediterranean and Atlantic meet together, stop to visit the caves of Hercules +camel ride(optional), then drive to the old city and start the walking tour:
- visit the Kasbah (fortified citadel 15th century)
- visit the archeological museum
- snake charmers
- Marabouts and mausoleum
- Continue through the labyrinth of the narrow colorful streets of the medina(old fortified city):
- visit the Mendoubia garden
- visit the souks (berber fruits ,vegetables, spices…markets)
At the end of the tour you’ll have free time for shopping and then transfer to the port.

Cap Spartel
Cape Spartel is frequently but incorrectly referred to as the northernmost point of Africa. It is the most North Western point of mainland Africa. The cape rises to a height of 326 m. at the top of Jebel Quebir where there is a tower. There is another tower nearer to the end of the cape which serves as a lighthouse.
Musee de la Kasbah
This recently refurbished museum is housed in the former sultan's palace of Dar El Makhzen. The focus is on the history of the area from prehistoric times to the 19th century. Exhibits are well-presented, but only in French and Arabic. Work your way anticlockwise around the first courtyard before heading inside to the rest of the displays, followed by a walk in the charming Andalusian garden.

5.00Samir is a fantastic guide, if you're planning a trip to Tangier, do yourself a favor and get Samir as your guide. He not only knows everything about the history, culture, neighborhoods of Tangier, but also the trees and wildlife. My mom broke her foot a couple of days before and Samir (and amazing driver Mohammed) made sure she didn't miss anything. Samir wheeled her through the old town, and so many wonderful people came out to help her get around. We learned a lot, rode camels, ate a delicious meal and shopped in the bazaar. All in all, a great experience!

5.00Our group spent a terrific day touring Tangier and Asilah with Samir. Samir was engaging, knowledgable and accomodating. He had a good sense of when to lead and when to give us space. He welcomed our curiosity and we appreciated his thorough historical perspective. We very much enjoyed the coastal beauty and old town of Asilah, as well as the lively market in Tangier. I would highly recommend this tour with Samir.

5.00Samir was the best!!! We had an incredible day.!!! He knows his history and loves his city and country and it shows. He was patient, protective, took us to "insider" places, helped us shopping and made sure we weren't getting cheated. He's been doing this for 38 yrs, seems to know everyone. very personable and friendly and his English is perfect. Book his tour and you'll have a tour guide who has to be the best in Tangier.

5.00We visited Tangier on 24 May 2024 on a day trip booked through Totally Spain. Samir was our guide and he did a wonderful job showing us the sites and explaining the history and culture of the city. Definitely recommend a private guide & driver for a day trip to Tangier to make the most of your time, especially if you are not fluent in Arabic or French. Would highly recommend Samir.

5.00We spent a very enjoyable and informative six hours touring Tangier with Samir. He took us to all the important sites sharing his extensive knowledge of Tangier and its history and culture with us. We felt very safe with him from the minute we met him and enjoyed his company and sense of humor. Our day included a drive through the different areas of the city to get a flavor for modern Tangier, the Cave of Hercules, a short camel ride on the beach, the markets and streets of the Kasbah, and a delicious lunch at La Terraza de La Medina. Samir made sure we had lots of great photos to remember the day, including those he thoughtfully took of our group of four. We found him through Tour Travel and More.

5.00Samir was an excellent tour guide in Tangier. He is incredibly knowledgeable. We toured every corner of the city, took a camel ride and ended our day in the Kasbah and Medina. Samir taught us so much and exceeded our expectations of Tangier.

5.00Samir made our day in Morocco fantastic! He took us to amazing lookout areas - took lots of pictures for us - the camel riding was incredible! Spoke English so well we assumed he spent time in the US! The lunch spot was delicious - complete with a birthday cake for my friend! Highly recommend this day trip and especially Samir!!!

5.00On 4 of August, day before my birthday we went on a one day trip to Chefchaouen and back. This adventure turned into a lifetime experience and unforgettable memory - the main reason for this is Samir. Marbella - Tarifa - Tangier- Chefchaouen Samir was waiting for us in front of the ferry port in Tangier and welcomed us with a smile. We didn’t feel any cultural shock as this is our first stepping in Africa, due to his hospitality. Immediately he offered us to make our trip longer, so we could have more time in the Chefchaouen for free. The luxury van was waiting for us on the parking and the driver was also very charming and careful person. From the very start in the meeting point - the harbour, through Tangier, on the road and in the city of Chefchaouen, Samir was telling us curious information and historical details about the people and Morocco. Even we didn’t have much time to be in the Blue city, Samir offered us to stop for a coffee and restroom in a road restaurant on the way to the Blue Perl - Chefchaouen. He was so thoughtful and left us having our time discussing things in our language, he helped us communicating with Moroccan people, in the restaurant he helped us ordering and billing. He invited a local guide - Mustafa, who lives in Chefchaouen and they were together telling stories about everything we were passing on our walk in the town. When we entered the Blue town Samir bought us some organic, handpicked by the Moroccan salesmen blackberries. He also showed us some good quality local products, on good prices. When we were taking pictures and photographed each other Samir was holding our stuff, we see this small but important gestures. Both guides showed us some empty streets and stunning views of the town. This helped us to make awesome pictures and see the authenticity of Chefchaouen. This private tour is special and non commercial. We didn’t feel when our time there was over but they made it worth! We saw Samir and Mustafa not just as guides, but as friends and masters to us. They are intelligent, tolerant, easy going and humorous. Now we love the Blue city, not only because of the atypical colours, but because we know the history of this place. We now know a lot about Moroccan culture and we see Moroccan as kind and warm hearted people. On the way back Samir showed us a panoramic view of Tangier, close to the beach and we took some pictures there. Tangier is also beautiful and interesting city, worth visiting! We were on time for our ferry back to Spain and we are now home - still excited and will be long talking and sharing about our adventure. We would definitely come again 4000 km away from our home country - Bulgaria. After this journey I feel more happy and mentally healthy! 5.00We were a party of 7 with kids from 16 to 25. Samir did a great job providing us a private tour of Tangier all day. We started with a driving tour of the city stopping for pictures and then had a fantastic camel ride on the beach and visit to Hercules caves. We then went to old town for lunch, markets and palace of Sultan. He did a great job and highly recommend. We booked him through the Tour, Travel and More website. Thanks!
