We will explore the heritage village of Rijal Almaa more than 900 years old! Aside from visiting the museum and exploring the architecture and nature. Saudi Arabia, especially the south, is rich in culture and no one can show you the southern beauty better than a local.
Itinerary::
1. Driving to Jabal Sawda, a famous mountain favorite amongst locals and tourists as well, for its cool climate and the numerous juniper trees.
2. Walk between the clouds of this firmly standing, magnificent mountain and ride the cable cars.
3. Explore this unique village with its stunning heritage. Wander around its palaces built from natural stone, clay, and wood, and consisting of multiple floors.
4. Visit the Honey cottage in Rijal Almaa.

Our guide, Ali, was very helpful before and during the trip, he is knowledgeable about the history, people and geography, and spoke English very well! He went out of his way to make sure we had an excellent experience in the magical place of Rijal Alma.

5.00Abha Trips did a great job to show both the history and natural beauty of Aseer. Tour guide Dr Osama put thoughtful details into the trip, like starting at the best time of day to so the sun was at its best to view the sites, be it mountains/clouds/heritage village. The pace was just right to allow me to enjoy the beautiful scenery, explore Rijal Almaa, take pictures, etc. I never felt rushed and Dr. Osama had that perfect balance of guiding letting me explore a site on my own. He gave the right amount of important cultural details, instead overloading me with too many facts to remember. He added special “extras” like buying local bread (hot off the coals!) to eat for a snack, and driving through a wildlife reserve to enjoy the peaceful beauty of the mountains. I loved how this tour combined nature and culture. I learned so much about the Aseer province. Rijal Almaa is the most beautiful heritage village I have visited. This tour packs in a lot of great sites in a half day, and is well-worth the price!!

5.00We had a wonderful morning with our guide Osama, very flexible to adapt the tour to our interests. The fact that he is bilingual English/Arabic is a great help. He showed us places that normal tours don't do which is really nice.

5.00It was a one-day tour, with a guide, Ahdmed, who not only took me to the planned places, but also explained many things about his Country, its people and its culture. We visited Al Habala Village, got off in the cable car, beautiful and then Rijal Almaa which is something spectacular. All this in the mountainous province of Asir where the highest peak in the country, Al Soudah, is located. Thank you Ahdmed, thank you Osama.

5.00I had an incredible experience exploring Rijal Almaa with an amazing tour guide Osama! Rijal Almaa is a charming historical town located in the Asir Province of Saudi Arabia. The town is known for its unique and stunning stone houses and vibrant cultural heritage. Osama, is the most welcoming, knowledgeable and professional guide. He showed me all the best spots and filled my day with fascinating stories about the history of the beautiful Abha and Rijal Almaa city. We stopped at different spots with breathtaking views , met the baboons🐒🐒and had some snacks on the way before reaching the magnificent Rijal Almaa city. Osama walked me through Rijal Almaa people's lifestyle back then, beautiful museums, short doors (watchout for your head here😀) and the Asiri art .There is a nice souvenir shop and cafe (alsakhra cafe) just across the site where we stopped for a coffee! Rijal Almaa is a significant representation of Saudi Arabia's rich history and cultural diversity, and a must-visit destination for travelers seeking to experience the authentic charm of the region. Osama's passion and friendly spirit truly made the trip unforgettable! I’m so glad I chose to tour with you—no regrets at all! I love Abha even more now, and I can’t wait to do it all again! Thank you for the amazing memories!
