We are unique as we are the oldest tour company on the historic island of Nantucket. From the early days when Chester Barrett founded the company and drove a horse and buggy, to today, we are ready to give you a great truthful and historical view of Nantucket. We are you premier choice for bus tours, van tours, and wedding transportation in Nantucket, MA

You will see a narrated tour where we show you old lighthouses, the village of Siasconset on the East end of the island, rose cover cottages, as well as the old railroad and either the oldest or 2nd oldest house on island. You will really enjoy seeing the island from this perspective. The 1.5 hour time is just enough time to see the sights and plan where to spend the rest of your visit on island.

We can also do private and large group tours, inquire by calling.

Nantucket was founded by Quakers and we will pass by the Quaker burial ground, a cemetery mostly without tombstones of the unmarked graves of the many island Quakers

Patricia was a wonderful guide - interacting with us all along the way as she shared local knowledge. It was fun to take her pop quiz! Chris was fabulous to book us last minute and made the arrangements simple. The bus was immaculate and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you would like to see and experience Nantucket outside of Town!

Very good tour. The driver/guide was excellent... I would rate him 12 out of 10. Has been doing this for years and just knows everything. Never boring and a most enjoyable experience. I rate Nantucket as much better than Marthas Vineyard. Had a great lunch after at Brotherhood of Thieves on Nantucket.

Fabulous tour. Dr. Wilbur T. Pumpernickel generously shared both his first hand knowledge of regional history and current events with many compelling stories. Dr. Pumpernickel is relatable, likable, knowledgeable, articulate, and fun. We highly recommend this tour and Dr. Pumpernickel!

Our guide, aka mr T, was a great guide. He helped us into and off of the bus. Was very impressed by this. He is extremely well versed on the facts and history of nantucket. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. We learned so much. Great guy!!!’

We had a great tour guy. Ronald. He livened up the group to keep things friendly and pleasant. He did not rush his points of interest and repeated specific facts for emphasis. Above all, He was very open to questions and allowed plenty of notice for focusing the group on what was coming up on the drive to be focused and allow the group to know what they were specifically looking for. Well done

Wilbur was our guide. He was wonderful and had a great sense of humor. It was a rainy day but he made the most of it and we had a good time. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the island. I would recommend this tour for sure!
