5.00Shabnam has provided such a great tour! She paid close attention to whether everyone in the group could hear her and whether we were comfortable despite the rain. What a very sweet, warm woman and with humor! The tour went past highlights that everyone sees and beautiful places that you really don’t just find. There is a fun, special or beautiful story behind everything. The basic cost of the tour is 3 euros but the guide has to make do with the tip and Shabnam did so much fun that I gladly gave her a nice tip. Highly recommended!

5.00We had a wonderful experience touring Antwerp with Shabnam. Although she has only been in Belgium for four years, she demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the city - its history, culture, and hidden gems. One of the things we appreciated most was her engaging communication style: she made consistent eye contact with each of us when speaking, which made the tour feel warm, inclusive, and personal. Shabnam also sprinkled the tour with her own thoughts and anecdotes, adding a relatable and human touch to the historical facts. Her natural flair for storytelling clearly reflects her years of professional experience, and it kept us captivated throughout the journey. Whenever our group had follow-up questions, she addressed them confidently and thoroughly, which was both commendable and incredibly helpful. A small suggestion for improvement: as first-time visitors to Antwerp, the busy traffic can feel overwhelming. It would be great if Shabnam could slow down a bit after crossings or wait for the entire group to re-gather, as some of us found ourselves hurrying to keep up. This slight adjustment would make the experience even smoother. Other than that, Shabnam was absolutely lovely - warm, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. We highly recommend touring with her!

5.00This was a nice friendly tour of the old town. Jeroen the guide is a very competent boy very accessible with a perfect command of the English language. He managed to take us into the history of Antwerp with his beautiful stories. Also nice that he was also looking for interaction between him and the participants of the tour. During the 2-hour tour there was plenty of time to let everything get to you and take the necessary snapshots. Definitely recommended
