Total SCAM. Had booked this months in advance and PAID. Arrived at the tour point and was told we would need to PAY AGAIN outside of Viator and they asked for over 200 euros since we were a family of 7. It then appeared that the 2 women running the tour had asked different amounts from various participants. Even when I showed my viator tickets and receipts was told 'I had used the wrong platform' and that was just too bad.

Tatiana was an awesome guide. She kept the large group engaged with her humor and great storytelling skills. She also gave recommendations for local favorites for beer, chocolates, and restaurants. We would recommend this tour - and especially Tatiana - to anyone visiting Ghent.

Really great introduction to Gent. Sophia ( I hope I got that right) , was such a lovely friendly guide. Very knowledgeable. Pay what you think it's worth at the end, they don't get paid unless you pay. Well worth it.
