St Michael's Bridge

We start here with an introduction to the history of Ghent and the role the city played as a trading hub in medieval times. We also introduce you to the 3 towers of the Ghent skyline, which are best visible from this spot.

Saw a lot of the top attractions around the city. Had this as my first activity after I arrived. Had Hans as a tour guide who was awesome, hard not to be inspired by his passion! This was a great way to get introduced to the city.

Super walking tour around Ghent with Sophie and Suzuki in April 2026! Sophie kept the group engaged with lots of facts and history while showing us the main sites of Ghent. We enjoyed learning interesting tidbits and experiencing all the splendor of Ghent. Thank you for a lovely walking tour!

Hans was a knowledgeable and friendly guide. He provided anecdotes and historical stories about Ghent. He also gave food and museum recommendations. This was our first time in Ghent, and it was a wonderful way to become acclimated to this beautiful city.
