  The tour was great! Our guide (the owner of the business) was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the history and architecture of the area. We learned a lot about the area and it was a great way to spend some time. Highly recommend!

  This was a very informative tour of Wilmington and the architecture of the area, including the history of the city that influenced the architecture. The tour guide was pleasant and well-educated on the topic and was able to answer any questions that were asked.

  We were 4 couples traveling together (ages 50 to 84) and this tour was truly AMAZING! Perfect length, so informative, great pace, and fun. Amanda is so knowledgeable and every person in our group said Amanda was the best tour guide we have had in years, and we travel every year to a new city. Highly recommend!

  Excellent tour! Amanda is knowledgeable and very engaging. The tour lasted 2 hours and we learned so much about the history of Wilmington through its lovely architecture. She uses a small microphone which made her very easy to hear. Highly recommend!

  This leisurely walking tour hit the high points of Wilmington history but its primary focus was residential architecture; most of the stops were at houses rather than churches or commercial or government buildings. It provides a good introduction to the city for the first-time visitor but someone interested in exploring this city's history in depth might do better with other options. Tour guide Art did fine without notes but his delivery lacked energy and was hesitant at times. I personally expected more for the $25 admission.

  Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the stories that went along with each location, which always makes the tour more fun. There were people in our group that lived in the area for over 10 years, so it's not just for tourists! Would definitely recommend.
