On this tour you will visit the Hofburg imperial palace, where you will have a guided tour of both the Sisi Museum and the Imperial Apartments. With origins dating back to the Middle Ages, the Hofburg palace grew exponentially between the 16th and 20th century and up to today still counts 18 buildings, 19 courtyards and over 2500 rooms. Where once the Habsburg imperial family used to live, work and party, a world of politics, gossip and history opens its doors for us as a UNESCO world heritage site museum.

Forget about tv shows and fiction! Join this walking tour and hear about the real life of Empress Elisabeth, also known as Sisi. During the short walk, visit the church where the Habsburgs got married at (even Marie Antoinette, who was born and raised in Vienna!). We will also see the stables where the famous Lipizzan horses on the way to the entrance to Hofburg.

After the visit of the palace, the tour will end in the stunning Volksgarten, one of Vienna’s most popular picture spots.

This tour is really worth it. We learned a lot about Sisi. Siri has superbly directed the tour and explained everything great. What I liked best was that Siri did it in such a way that it was really very entertaining and she brought the tour to life. I can only recommend it!

Covers a lot of ground and Hapsburg history. It’s about 2.5 hours long and include some steps Our Guide Ali was excellent

We couldn't make it. Guide called at 2.33. Said "where were you". I mentioned one of us sick and we could not come". Guide said "ok thank you, and thank you for letting us know". Ok, well gee I'm sorry, whilst my partners in the hospital and I'm busy dealing with that, you're right next time I'll think of you first. Maybe the approach should be " your 3 minutes late is everything ok?. At the end of day i had bigger things going on, I didn't ask for a refund and nor should I have to be made I ruined your day by not letting you know. Now back to the issue on hand. She wasn't to know of my sutuation for sure, but if she had of asked " you're late, is everything ok?". I may have been inclined to explain the full severity of the situation. So no, i would not recommend this company to anyone. And of course i can't judge on how the tour guide does her job, but on this experience and her attitude i felt she needs to consider is she asuiitable front person to represent the company.

A very big Thank You to our wonderful guide Allie. Allie was so lovely, friendly, patient and very informative. I really enjoyed this tour with Allie and I learnt quite alot about Sisi and the Habsburg imperial family. More then happy to recommend this tour with Allie.
