Skip-the-line tickets are reserved for a specific time slot, so it's important to arrive on time. You will save time by skipping the line at the ticket office. You can’t skip the security checks.
The 2.5-hour option includes a 2-hour guided tour and an estimated 30-minute transfer from your accommodation (two-ways) with pickup and drop-off service. Transfer time will vary depending on the distance and traffic.We offer a standard car (sedan) for 1-4 people, or a larger van for groups of 5 people and more. You can book a 5-people tour for a larger vehicle.
3- and 4-hour tours: due to museum regulations, 1 licensed guide can lead a group of 1-15 people, so the price of the tour will be higher if you need more than 1 guide.

Sisi Museum

3.00We started our Vienna experience with this palace/museum and were a bit disappointed after our visit. We had felt it lacked in presentation and was a bit boring. It is dark and hard to see everything with the amount of people they cram into narrow walking areas. Do you get history about Sisi- yes but nothing that you can’t read online. I do recommend the use of the audio guide. It is free. We went through it quickly. We toured in less than 2 hours and that was because it was busy and we had to wait for others as we took pictures. With areas so narrow taking your time and patience is required. Skip this tour and go to the Schönbrunn Palace instead. The history seems to repeat itself.

5.00Our guide really knew the history of Vienna and Austria, and of the Hofburg dynasty. She gave us more than our moneys worth, walking us thru sisi’s living quarters, the treasury, and the exterior of the Hofburg. Her English was perfect and she was able to provide detailed explanations whenever we asked any questions. We wish she could be our tour guide for each and every future tour.

5.00This ended up being a private tour and Peter did a fabulous job of walking us through the tour locations and providing interesting and thorough historical background. These are definitely a must see and were even better with an expert tour guide.

3.00No disrespect to the tour guide who was very good but the tour was a bit boring and not worth the money we paid. The guide's English was good. We felt that the Sisi Museum was overhyped and the outside areas/sights of the Hofburg and gardens could have been visited for free and we would have enjoyed them more. I would save your money and go for a tour by yourself. The Sisi museum isn't that interesting as much is currently being refurbished.

1.00I always use Viator and this was a disappointment The tour was not interesting and the guide was very nice ande accommodating but hard to understand with his accent which made it difficult to be engaged. I wrote to the company and they took off 10% which is very little considering the cost of a private tour

1.00Viator, I don't recommend. Bad customer support, unclear in finding the guide, the only indication given is to follow the green umbrella. But there were several green umbrellas. I do not recommend it, and better make reservations before going ob line from the official sites.
