Upon arrival to cooking school,You are ready to Cook. we follow the menu : Banh Xeo ( Rice Pancake prepared in Hoi An style), Fried Noodles with seafood, Vermicelli with grilled pork. 5.00Wonderful day we had on this tour with Ken basket boat alot of laughs but be aware for the show they put on in the river alot of tipping. Cooking class we made 3 dishes could not eat all the food so filling do not have breakfast before going. Our tour guide Ken was amazing spoke English very well and a book of knowledge about the war.
