We are the only one and unique place in Hoi An to organize seafood cooking class because we are proud of that our seafood is the most tasty seafood in Vietnam with our clean and clear water from Cham island.
Our master chef directly picks up the best prawn, squids, clam, tuna, oyster from our local seafood market to our kitchen for our class in the early morning when our fishermen bring their catch to the local market.
We will instruct you how to cook 3-5 famous seafood dishes depent on your choices with us:
1. Banana Flower Salad with Prawn.
2. Crispy pancakes with squid.
3. Grilled oyster with peanut sauce.
4. Steamed clams with lemongrass and ginger.
5. Sauteed Tuna with tomato sauce.
All are served with steam rice as your grand lunch or dinner.
We show you how to choose the best fish or prawn or squid on the market with us.

5.00Highly recommend the cooking class and boat ride tour . This is a family owned site so you feel very warm , not like others tourists trapped sites .Lam is super friendly that brings my family a wonderful afternoon enjoying the whole trip .

5.00MUST TRY !!!!!!!! I should say. I took coconut boat and cooking classes. The staff were very nice and very cooperative, i must say the chef was so energetic and funny. she is also so caring that when I fell sick suddenly duing the cooking class and they helped me with hot soup and they gave some oil for recovering

5.00I had the most incredible experience on the cooking class and basket boat tour! From start to finish, it was a truly unforgettable day. The cooking class was hands-on and so much fun — we learned to prepare some traditional dishes with fresh ingredients, and the food turned out absolutely amazing! The instructors were not only knowledgeable but also so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel like a fun adventure rather than just a class. The basket boat tour was the perfect complement to the day. We got to explore the beautiful waterways in these traditional boats, and our guide made the trip even more enjoyable with fun stories and great conversation. The scenery was gorgeous, and it felt so peaceful and authentic. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience, always ready with a smile and offering assistance whenever needed. I can’t recommend this enough — it's a must-do for anyone looking for an authentic, fun, and delicious experience. Five stars all the way!

5.00Lan is so much fun! She greeted us with a delicious Vietnamese iced coffee and then introduced us to her brother-in-law Mung who took us on a fabulous boat ride. We watched skills displayed by the boatmen and tried our hands at fishing but even the little crabs weren’t biting. No worry! Mung made the whole trip fun! And then we returned for our cooking class. My husband (who was sceptical at first) really got into flipping Bun Xeo and cooking spring rolls. We also made Banana Flower Salad and a Fish braised to complete a delicious meal. Too much food for two but it was so tasty! Do not miss this tour.

5.00My friend and I joined the boat tour. I really enjoyed every moment of it. The local people were very friendly and took good care of us. In addition the price is quite reasonable prices. Everything is wonderful. Highly recommended to everyone!

5.00Extremely welcoming and hospitable from the moment we arrived until we left. We started with a coconut boat tour for an hour. During this we went fishing and crabbing. Once we arrived back Master Chef Lang and her sister was the sous chef were outstanding. They taught us how to make 4 local dishes from Vietnam. The food and service was excellent. I will definetly be back and recommend to everyone.
